Can't NNPCL produce and market petroleum products from their many Refineries (Port Harcourt, Warri, Kaduna) and stop depending on other individual refineries? Can't they make their Refineries work?

Unknown Gun Men (UGM) appear to be gun men, sent by those who know them, to attack security centres and apparatus with a view to instilling fear, demoralizing and eliminating security system in the SE & SS parts of Nigeria. This, perhaps, is to enhance possible invasion of these parts of the Country by "agents" without any "security resistance".
Those in political power in these regions of the Country should realize the implications of the activities of these UGM and begin to look inwards to actually re-assessing their internal security networks to frustrate such possible invasion.
The release of those arrested persons with their AK47 by the Police in AKS, as disclosed by the Governor, is not surprising....
"A word is enough for the wise".
It's time to wise up accordingly!
