Good morning house, I went for an interview last year October but I was denied, and the consular said I should make sure that my circumstance has changed before I reply. Pleas what does dat mean?mind u before I was going for conference but now me my wife and my kid are going for exam holiday. Is this going to be possible?

Thanks a lot that was very clear! I got admission to niagra tru an academic agent. I was not hinted on future charges. I am just discovering they charges for visa app which was diff from admission processing fee is too outrageous. My question is can I ditch d academic agent and go abt d processing mysel? Hope it won't work against me as d said agent is quite a major player in the canadian eductational system for years

Is it advisable for me to apply with this letter or what do I need to do pls?

House....... I have applied for USA visa twice last year's which I was refused............. is it possible for me to apply for canada visa as a student?
