InvestmentRe: What Is Your Definition Of A Wealthy Man? by Emmandus(m): 10:46pm On Jul 02, 2014
First I believe wealth is a state of the mind.

However classifying the wealthy regardless of economy or country should be based on networth on a global level. Read Reallionaire by Farah Gray and Rich Dad's Guide to INvesting by Robert Kiyosaki for clarity...

Cheers!

Nice to be here after a long time, since I started the thread. Thanks all for making it interesting. i think that contract was a cool one , but in my opinion If the 5 year deal were true.. I think that's too much time to be tied down for an offer. I think the contract time might as well be seen as too long!

Greetings to you all my great friends It's been a while. This is due to no other reasons than work, work and work
lol! The first work, I mean my day job( as an Engineer) and secondly my 'work' as a writer and blogger( I am having much fun with my blog and youtube channel recently) and
and the third -all personal and general work, but as a matter of fact they have all been fun thanks to God and I have still
been able to read some great books in the past few weeks most of which are must-reads:
The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren is a great one( I read it over a 40 day period)
Walking in Wisdom by David Oyedepo is a must read ( a great Mentor)
Go in This your might by Dr Paul Enenche is another must read!
God has a Purpose for your life by Pastor Adeboye ( My daddy G.O)
Unlocking the Wealth in Real Estate by Daniel Wajiuihian
The One minute Mentor by Praise George ( My respected Mentor)
Millionaire Capsules by Johnson Odesola
and ehm,....Well I am currently reading Rich Dad's guide to Investing by Robert Kiyosaki ( It's a must read but don't jump the gun! read 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' first and then 'Cashflow'..)
And Off course Evelyn's speed book/ programme is a must get and must read (it has personally increased my speed by more than 30% in the last few days

Music/RadioRe: League Of Voice-over Artistes by Emmandus(m): 2:14am On Apr 01, 2013
@Deleson Kudos for creating a thread like this.
@ Gary Austin , I doff my hat sir and also I respect you all.I think you are good at what you do. i just googled up VO artistes in Nigeria and i have found your name recurred about twice.
I am a fresh,JJC or total newbie in VO industry apart from my 'VO' experience from behind the curtains in our drama group back in my university days few years ago.
I must have received close to a million compliments on my God-given unique base/baritone voice, but you know compliments doesn't bring in the money or value.
I so much want to tend and hone out my speaking(inspirational/motivational),compere and voice over skills and talent and I believe I am meeting the right people. I will need all the help you can render.
Thanks!
