That means the application form you are to print out contains column where required individuals are to sign on. For example, I printed 4 forms which include; My personal data form (2 copies), parents/guardian form, chairman/ secretary of my local government of origin or military officer of the rank of a Lieutenant colonel and Above or ACP ( assistant commisioner of police) form.

You can use someonelses ATM to purchase the pin online. But make sure the person gives you his or her address, phone number and other detail required at their buy voucher page. After successfully paying for the pin you will be issued a transaction reference and pin number which you will later use to log in at their home page and fill your own data.

Courses which are not directly stated can apply. Got people who were given the job not based exactly on Naval requirements but based on their competence. That's why I always advice to apply under a course very close to yours. For examples yours fall under Education corp ; political science and international relations.

A friend of mine who passed out Saturday 25 May 2013 told me that last years questions in English and mathematics was in GMAT format, while they also included questions on current affairs and some military questions on Navy, Army and Airforce.
For example, what is the name of the biggest ship in the Nigerian Navy?

It's not only gtb atm they use. You can use other banks ATM, but make sure that you use the persons ATM info such as the persons Address, name, pin, card number, cvv2 and expiration date to fill the buy voucher page. After purchasing the form using the persons Atm info copy the transaction reference and pin number that they will give you or better still print out the payment voucher. Go back to the home page and then log in with the transaction reference and pin number and fill your personal datas. Print out the forms after successful registration. Goodluck.
