urgently help needed.I stay in apartment here in Lagos for over 3 years owned by a divorced couple.(wife owns c/o and other documents which I later got to know)
I entered the apartment without prior knowledge,
I notice anytime rent is about to be paid,lawyers from husband side would come to harrass us the tenants,the wife lawyer would ensure case get thrown out if the court and I would be given assurance that the case is settled.
Fast forward to this morning,rent is almost due,
A lawyer came banging on my door rudely this morning,I opened and noticed it was them,to avoid trouble,I locked my door back,about 4 mins he came back more aggressively,my wife adviced we go talk to them,she opened the metal door,with a net door as a barrier,lawyer explained he is from the court and came to with a order to evict me,I told him that not possible,that he is supposed to go tru the woman's lawyer,turned out to be arguement.
Lawyer forcefully broke the net door,I struggled with him and pushed him out,locked the metal door,which they forcedly broke throu again.
Turned out to be arguement and trying to push them out,turns out they came with police who used tear gas on me and beat me mercilessly,threatened to shoot me.i have video evidicence of most of the assualt and damaged the lawyers did to my aprtment
Now I am been held at idimu police station,all lawyers I contacted are far away.right now my apprtment is been buggled,all my things thrown out,my wife told me her gold ring and some things stolen and they are holding on to our car.

(It was at the station I was explained to that the lawyer came with court sherrif to evict me and I was given any prior notice of this judgement)is this right?

I need a lawyer advice/help as they are planing to charge me for contempt and arguing with court officials.

Sequel to my previous post about my boss and I.
It was a dramatic day for me yesterday. While everyone was enjoying Valentine's day celebration, I was summoned to a panel to explain my reasons for having to yell at my superior at work and not reporting to HR just like everyone has been suggesting on the comment section.
So I honoured the panel while a member of the board of directors was invited to hear from both parties.
My boss was emphasizing on the fact that I don't do the duties assigned to me, which is a BIG FAT LIE. Basically, he didn't have any cogent reason for his negative actions towards me. It was just pure hatred. I was then asked to talk, then I told the panel that since I was posted to his department, I've been getting negative vibes from him for no reason. I endured the whole hatred for 2 years and 3months under him without any retaliation.
Luckily, the MD had been briefed about the whole thing.
Now, i need you all to understand that I have a personal relationship with the MD.
So while the panel was ongoing, the MD called on zoom and interfered in the meeting. After hearing from both of us, he gladly ordered that my now EX BOSS be transferred to our portharcourt branch while someone else takes over with immediate effect.
Before I decided to yell at him, I had already made up my mind for whatever the outcome would be cos I had been pushed to the wall. Then the promotion even worsened the whole issue to the point that he couldn't hold the hatred other than to show it to me.
During pep talk this morning, y'all needed to see the look on his face. It was obvious he wanted me out, but to God be the glory, reverse is the case.

The MD later called me personally to admonish me about taking laws into my hands. I apologized and the whole thing ended.

I'm sorry for the long talk, but that's how it all played out.

I don't even want to spend #100 on her. But my wife is on my neck everyday I almost slap her last night because she wouldn't allow me to sleep she keep asking me to help and I left the room for her and she followed me to the parlour it made so angry that I almost slap her. See how wrong my sister was with her saying that the woman I will marry will benefit with her family from my money but see the woman is here fighting me to save her in the hospital. That's why we should be careful with our words. I have the requested amount needed but I just don't know how can I forgive and give her the money because my heart is not ready to help her.

My brother, I know how painful it is. Sometime ago. I was in your shoes, yours is even better that it came from a blood sister which u can easily forgive. Mine was damn worst than yours but at d end, I was meant to understand that indeed life is full of mysteries.
