shoodboi2: Just so you know, Israel launched a massive attack against multiple areas in the northern part of the Palestinian West Bank. Jenin and Tulkram are two of the many areas Israel attacked in the West Bank.
As usual, Israeli soldiers have been demolishing homes, destroying schools, and tearing roads. They have also killed multiple civilians including innocent women and children. Mind you, there is NO Hamas in the West Bank. No one is fighting them there. Yet, they are tearing it apart. But why is a different law applying to Isreal while other second and third world countries have a different law entirely. I can't just imagine any african or latin or asian country doing these without being sanctioned to death and invaded by the europeans and americans. Also, isreal does not understand gentleness, the only language they understand is violence, reason while gaza and lebanon have been a no go area to their police and settlers. Why on earth will you be destroying other people's farms, schools, houses and take over them without them fighting back. Because? because your God told you the land belongs to you 2000 years ago? can you imagine such a reason in this 21st century? I mean fulanis destroying other nigerian's properties and taking their lands because one Allah promised them all the lands right from the sahara desert until they dip their koran in the atlantic ocean in lagos/Ph/southern nigeria? Can you just imagine that and you expect yorubas, igbos and other ethnics not to fight back? *Spits* |

I don't think this ucee mfb by UBA/United Capital is serious. Which customer will open account with them when they keep deducting money from deposit, transfer and withdrawal. Who does that in this age and time when even opay and Co will be giving you interest to deposit with them and not charge you for withdrawing or transfer. They are not ready for serious banking.

Locotrader: Point & kill Number 2 for exceptional people.
This particular stock VFD is controlling over 30% of its shares. I opened the Q2 result and I discovered the stock is springing up with a good oxygen.
The insiders have 71% of the total shares while the free float is 19%
I didn't want to point this stock because of ILLIQUIDITY but I know some people here will have the capacity to get it if they wish.
The stock was up today with 10% closing at 2.56kobo.They also recommended 4kobo dividend for 2023 financial year end.
The core investors of this stock meant business since they took over the lead of the firm in 2020.
Infinity Trust Bank comes to my mind whenever I look at this stock.
Decode and struggle to get it and see the wonders within 12 months.
Remember it is an illiquid stock
Don't also forget chams because it is Japaul's twin brother. They need big money to inject in their card centre business.Watch out VFD current price is #45 not #2.56 |

- The attacked launch sites were 90% short-range (oh no more strategic long range rockets)
- They killed 6 this morning (correct is 3, 2 in Hares (or Tiri) and one in Khiyam)
- 270 simultaneous airstrikes took place by 100 jet
- 230 rockets fired and 20 drones. (Hezbullah fired 340 according to its tally)

emmanuelewumi: Use the regular coupon to buy stock, real estate, euro bond etc.
At N10 million invested you are sure of N2.2 nillion for the next 10 years
During the 10 years there will be bear markets in the stock market and you can use to coupons to buy shares at cheap prices.
You can use your bond of N10 million as collateral for a loan of about N7 million and also use your coupon to service the loan I understand you very well but about using the bond as collateral for loan, I don't know how easy that will be because the banks I use don't recognize it as collateral and if you are to use investment and asset management like ucap, they prefer using your invested mutual funds with them rather than govt bond that doesn't benefit them nor the banks |

BentizilL0: They'll tell you it's their land and those Palestinians are terrorists.. If you ask them to provide evidence, they'll call you Muslim terrorists.. This is really really very bad. Very bad. Funny enough, it is even the peaceful side of Palestine which is the west bank that isreal has been grabbing dayin dayout despite being calm and more friendly to isreal. That is the price they have to pay for being calm. No settler dare grab Gaza because they know those ones staying there, their head no correct and that is the only language isreal understands..... Violence. Come and settle in Gaza and see yourself wake up next in mortuary or grave. Come to think of it, how do a set of people come to displace the inhabitants of a place and then deciding if the inhabitants gets independence or not. It is a crazy world. Have come to realize that this world is not about the good or bad rather the strong and the weak. It doesn't matter if the weak is right, provided they are weak enough not to be able to fight for their right, the strong will always take it all. |

Over 100 Israeli settlers storm the village of Jit near the West Bank city of Qalqilya. They burnt down Palestinian homes and cars. Multiple injuries reported.
At least one Palestinian has been murdered, Israeli officials said. Ladies and gentlemen, we are officially watching daylight robbery and landgrabbing in full sight without any consequences. Again, i ask, what is the deference between jews and fulanis? or is it because the fulanis are not that influential and powerful with finance, media and military equipment? |

Romance › Re: Money Can't Buy Love by emmaodet: 8:50pm On Aug 13, 2024 |
pansophist: Money can't buy love, the same way ''abeg'' can't buy an aircraft.
But you can exchange money for the fruits of love, such as being with your choice of a woman, activating polygamy, improving your offspring's genes, and playing to female biological needs for security, which many will choose before love.
Because if she has to think of being with a man she has feelings for but will live poorly, or a wealthy man and they live like royalty, the choice is obvious for most.
Do not compensate yourself that money won't get you love. Money can brush you up, give you confidence, improve your wardrobe, and looks, and bring respect. Money will mint out the submission in a woman.
Your ability to attract a woman is higher from a place of abundance than a place of lack.
Most importantly, understand love as a duty. I don't care if a woman goes to national TV and declares that she loves me, all I want to see is that she is giving me the fruits of love. Feelings and declarations of love are meaningless.
So loyalty, respect, submission, preferably a virgin, being truthful, listening to me, not combative, argumentative, being my ally, no manipulation, etc. That love. Any woman that gives you that loves you.
And you are more likely to get the above if you have money. All the polygamous men in the past and present, do you think they care if their woman loves them? They don't. They just want the fruits of love.
Ned doesn't care if his wives love him, he cares they give him virginity and the fruit of love as described above. That's what you need from a woman, not her feelings or declaration of love that fluctuates like the weather.
Some woman who loved me a few years ago hates me now because I was uninterested. Is that the kind of love you want to take seriously?
Even women do not trust their love, that's why they choose wealth before the man they have feelings for. Your wealth is permanent, her feelings are conditional on that wealth. So why do you need her feelings? This is why i prefer men focus more on money than any yeye Love that is unstable |

Streetinvestor2: Are you are sure on this as per eps. Thanks alot. I didn't want to believe organic eps of #7plus and the stock is not yet on #20plus when the like of ucap was on #2o plus. And custodian is more than an insurance company We are still saying the same thing bro that the eps is not organic because of the added #5.5b unrealised fx gain to the PAT of #11b. By the time you remove that 5.5b from the PAT and divided by Outshares to get eps, organic eps is about #4 annualized. So the custodian shares is overpriced at this CP |

aj8: So? So why did the Managing Director Mr. Wole Oshin purchase over 19 million units on 7th June 2024 at an average price of N10.56? I don't think it's for 15 kobo dividends alone? It must get why! At best replicate this or better still buy below this price. That is if it eventually falls below this before it starts heading north. I would jump in at any price around 10.50 or lower, topping up should it dip further. Target still 22.00. Likely to do well.
Still do your DD. I did my DD on custodian but noticed the eps is not organic rather propped up by unrealised forex gain. If you deduct the unrealised fx from the PAT and divide by Outstanding shares, the eps x4 x 4 qill be around the current price of 11 - 12 which means it is at it's overbought region. Using your valuation, i will call custodian a pass for me.

Mankind2024: The Dangote Refinery debacle was an attempt to blackmail the government. To set the record straight, the Buhari government sold untapped crude resources in advance, while the current government borrowed $3 billion from Afrex Bank using differential price variations. Dangote entered the blockchain, demanding the activation of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), despite his deep knowledge that Nigeria cannot account for its daily crude production, the same way a woman cannot give an accurate amount of daily breast milk she produces while breastfeeding. What most readers are unaware of is that the National assembly, the maritime security and downstream oil industry in Nigeria are dominated exclusively by powerful Hausa-Fulani oligarchs, who control the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Forcados and Escravos terminals, and the Nigerian Navy. This same group passed the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) before Buhari's exit. The law cannot be applied retroactively. The bold moves of PBAT to stepped on this cabals is the result of current socioeconomic and political crises that is engulfing Nigeria. International Oil Companies (IOCs) are exiting Nigerian oil fields en masse and there was no new investments in the oil and gas industry during Buhari's eight-year tenure, despite selling untapped crude in advance, The proceeds were allegedly used to defend the Naira and pay fuel subsidies, creating a macro-voodoo economy. For instance, Nigeria doesn't produce enough electricity, yet there's a binding contract to supply electricity to neighboring countries whose territory crosses the River Niger. This contract cannot be broken by passing a new law demanding the generated electricity for Nigeria's exclusive use.
Denying people or institutions who paid for Nigerian crude oil in advance would worsen the situation. It's like a landlord collecting a year's rent in advance, then asking the tenant to quit because his son is returning home. This is the real national dilemma.
Regarding oil thefts in the Niger Delta, 85% are perpetrated by European countries in collaboration with Hausa-Fulani and some indigenous people. Bunkering is a lucrative, multi-million-dollar illegal business. The vessels used for this act are known to bypass the sea radar system to evade detection. Reports show that every successful oil theft in Nigeria involves: 1. Hausa-Fulani (75%) 2. Military and Police (10%) 3. Indigenous Niger Delta people (10%) 4. Others (5%) . There is an agreement between Nigeria and about 4 other west African countries for Nigeria to make the kanji dam and supply the others electricity else, these Africa countries will dredge their own dam for electricity thereby reducing the river/water current getting to kanji to roll the turbines. Nigeria is the last country to the ocean, so it was agreed for her to make the dam rather than a country upland. |
