JESHAL007:I agree 100% |
JESHAL007:Sadly, there is little to none we can do about it. There are thousands if not millions of able bodied men - okada riders, vulcanizerz, road side mechanics, unemployed, underemployed, bricklayers etc who are literarily cut off from the sexual market. It is either they struggling to tame down a woman for a decent relationship or outrightly stranded without a woman and it is this category of men who will take any insult just to have a woman at home to be having sex with. Make God no shame us. |
shoodboi2:Okay, thanks |
JESHAL007:This question is trickish because outside the school life and not active in church yet not working puts someone in a tight position to properly negotiate yourself out of life but there is still little room to maneuver abait not a comfortable one. Will think over your question before properly answering it |
Faber: ![]() 30k for babalawo to get back a gf that ran back to her ex. Chaii. Sometimes, I don't blame men. Alot of men are sex starved and relationship starved that they will do anything just to have a woman at home or to call a gf/wife even if it will involve regular insults and cursing from their women. The fear of being alone is real and the only way to solve this issue is to increase your social life. It helps a lot. Most simps are introverts because they hardly go out to mingle. Always indoors, many say being broke is the major factor of being indoor or increasing their introvert life. There is a level of exposure you have, it reduces your tendency of simping alot. For starters without money, playing active roles will go along way in solving women issues. So many men play passive roles thereby being invincible to ladies and society at large. You all can remember your class rep. Or class captain name in secondary schools either by name or just the face, best students, sug president and some key role members, choir master in school, student pastor etc These are all active roles that requires no money to do and it markets you without you even altering a single word. We all know our pastors but can't remember who attended church as members last week because being a member is a passive roles and being the head is an active role. Just a simple observation - Do you know by default, a new girl who came to visit her sister for holiday will get known by virtually all the boys within a week in that street? This is one hedge women have over men. They have this natural follow come sensor that markets them automatically whether they like it or not, knowingly or unknowingly. They just see men asking them out for no reason, trying to take them for lunch, money, phones for no reason. It is the same thing that happens to you when you start engaging in active roles, you easily get known and marketed. Ladies will get to know your name without you even knowing them, they will know about you and some will even initiate Convo with you. Hello Jide, please can you cover for me in the next class because I won't be around. Jide is the class leader who doesn't even know Jessica is part of the class of 100 student butdue to your active role, she has initiated Convo with you and from their regular talking happens and from there you build on it. So many examples |
Ska333ko:Lol. Undisclosed reasons. Missiles don touch am. |
WritterNg:I think Russia is arming the houthis in anticipation of US giving Ukraine greenlight to strike deep into Russia because as far as am concerned, they will do it. It is just a function of time. So attacking deep into Russia will lead to Russia giving the houthis greenlight to strike US warships and bases in ME. After all, they only supplied houthis the missiles and don't know how they used it.... It is the common statement of Nato/US too |
WritterNg:$8b? Are you kidding me? That means this war is not stopping any time soon. It is well |
Ska333ko:What do they need a mine clearance for? They don't have tanks nor are they planning to invade isreal. |
OkpaNsukkaisBae: ![]() |
WritterNg: ![]() Ohhh my God!!! I think the world is divided in two sections now. We have the west/Nato peace plan for Ukraine and now, we also have the Brazil/China peace plan for Global south. It is getting more interesting |
Thanks for the mention. When it comes to health, many Nigerians ignore it due to the financial needs of many people. Unfortunately, it becomes far more expensive by the time people are grounded with these sicknesses. For individuals or families, I will advise they do medical checks in good closeby hospitals around them tailored particularly for individuals or families. The yearly medical checkup I do is industry mandatory and specifically tailored for the maritime sector, so there are certain checks that I don't think it's needed for individuals so as to lower the cost. Lost of checks that I think individuals needs are - EGC - to check the hearth status - pumping/breathing rythm, clogs in the artilleries or blood pipelines. It gives early warning about heart related diseases like cardiac arrest, heart failures etc. X-rays are actually not needed so as to reduce cost or should be done once in 5 years unless after accident. Urine test is necessary to check for any traces of irons, chlorines, blood etc for early warnings of liver, kidney issues and reproductive organs. Blood sugar test for early warning of diabetes. Cholesterol test, blood count to know if blood quantity equals required body mass index, BP test, eye test. I think these are the best rest for individuals and shouldn't cost more than 30k per individual. I have personally removed expensive tests like X-ray etc |
jjj37:I said ''if true''.......i did't totally accept the news rather will check it out from other sources. |
motayoayinde:Hmmmmmmmmmmm It is well |
Vic2023:Waooooooooo This is a direct hit if true. Isreal has not had it this bad before. I guess after this fight, they will go back to the drawing board using the lessons learnt from this battle |
Regex:Thanks brother |
Masterviolence:Bro you have to know that people fight in their area of advantage. Espionage is the strength of isreal with the assistance of her big bullying brothers (they all work together). You need to know your area of strength and weakness and work with that. Forcing Iran and the resistance movement to fight in Isreal's domain will be suicide. Know what you have and how best to use it to your advantage. The Igbos are good in business and competing with them in that area by other tribes will be a futile work. Huasas are very very good in farming. They bring out loads of grains week in week out into markets in trailers despite having to work harder to cultivate the soil compared to south. That is their are of strength and they have maximized it. Trying to compete with them in that area na Oyo. Because prime Barca is winning teams anyhow with tikitaka football style won't make others perform well by trying to replicate it, na wotowoto Dem go chop because they don't have the players or mentality to play such game. To check mate Barca, you have to understudy their pattern and play something that will choke them like prime Mourinho with Chealse. My point - Isreal is good in espionage, technology and air superiority which are their area of strength and they wish their enemies will compete with them in this field so that they can just flatten them once and for all. But Iran and the resistance have numbers in their advantage. It is the typical Arab pattern of fighting. It is the same way northerns fight, the same ideology. Using Almanjeris which they have in large numbers and using them as canon fodders. Throwing them under the bus. Ground invasion doesn't favour isreal unless the enemies have been weakened with air superiority. Isreal is just 2m compared to Arabs that have the numbers to throw under the bus. But of recent, Iran has been upgrading these fighters and they have added tactical approaches to it - Again another strength. Iran has built her strength around Missiles and population and Isreal will struggle on ground battle with them. Using this missile strength tactically involves attacking Isreal at key strategic places. Isreal strength is in her invincibility - ability to neutralize enemies attacks before getting to isreal on air and it is that invincibility that Hezbollah is trying to take out. They are systematically trying to Naked isreal by removing her clothes one after the other. Even Isreal war cabinet acknowledged that they understand the message Hezbollah is trying to send - meaning by taking out the air defence systems, military industrial complex, military bases, airports, power stations etc, Hezbollah is quietly exposing isreal to a bigger defeat in the corner. If you don't have any defence again, that means missiles can enter any place and at any time. It means you can't sustain a war for long and any moves you take can easily be neutralized before acting |
Lawag3:A Gaza without Hamas would have been taken over by Isreal. They don't understand gentlelity. The only language they understand is violence. Is there Hamas in West bank? West bank has always been trying to be in the good book of Isreal but what do they get? Regular bullying and embarrassment. Infact, West bank has lost more than 50% of their lands to forced isrealis settlers all just because they don't want to toe the path of violence. Isrealis are big thieves who covert Palestines land alot. Have you ever heard of Gaza settlers? Of course No because who in his right mind will go there to steal land when they won't wake up the following day to tell the story but west bank is a different story. Maybe you should focus your effort on the one who keeps stealing lands |
FoolishBoy419:If only people know how much money is been poured into isreal, even the dullest of countries will perform magics with such money. First, isreal is just twice as big as Osun state or as big as cross river state. Lebanon is just as big as Osun state - very small. Again, Lagos state budget for 2024 is 2.2 trillion naira for 22m people for a whole fiscal year. US alone gives isreal $4b yearly - that is #7 trillion naira not just for isreal's economy But for isreal's defence budget. That is isreal is receiving times 3 of what Lagos will use for a year as defence budget just for 2m people for a land as small as Osun/Ondo. And that is outside money coming from UK and others, the Rothschild NGO special fund for isreal and so much more. Please remember, this is aside money for the broader economy nor is it part of the internally generated revenue by isreal and this money come in Year in, Year out. Even a fooool will perform with such money. No country is dull nor is any country short of professors, intelligent people. If you pump such equivalent money to other countries be it Burundi or Gabon or Nigeria in same proportion with population and landmass, even if them curse that country, he go prosper by fire by force coupled with exposures to other western countries research portals and their professionals with such money. Why won't you be able to build air defense systems and other advance technologies when there is vast amount of money to play around and throw around. Countries are like soil while humans are the seeds. When seeds are planted on fertile soils like US, UK,Canada and other western countries, it is normal and expected to germinate reason while you see someone struggling in Nigeria as a mechanic, teacher, nurse who can barely afford 3 square meals here all of a sudden start living good lives, driving brand new cars and others when they japa. It is because most African countries are bad soils that will hardly germinate good seeds due bad government policies |
Vic2023:Honestly, isreal really chanced Hamas because hamas does not even have the means to retaliate back. They were just busy bombing Gaza back to stone age but with Hezbollah, it is a different ball game entirely. Hit me I hit you back |
alezzy13:Understand the changes in monetary policy announced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on September 24, 2024. 1. Benchmark Interest Rate (MPR): The Monetary Policy Rate (MPR) was increased from 26.75% to 27.25%, a rise of 50 basis points (0.5%). Example: If a bank was borrowing from the CBN at 26.75%, they will now borrow at 27.25%. This increase aims to control inflation by making borrowing more expensive, which can slow down economic activity and reduce inflationary pressures. 2. Asymmetric Corridor: The asymmetric corridor of +500/-100 basis points around the MPR was retained. Example: With the new MPR at 27.25%, this means: - The upper limit for lending is MPR + 500 basis points = 27.25% + 5% = 32.25% - The lower limit for deposits is MPR - 100 basis points = 27.25% - 1% = 26.25% Banks can lend to each other within this corridor. 3. Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) for Commercial Banks: The CRR for commercial banks was increased from 45% to 50%, a rise of 500 basis points (5%). Example: If a commercial bank has total deposits of ₦1 billion, they previously had to keep ₦450 million with the CBN. Now, they must keep ₦500 million. This reduces the amount of money banks can lend out, potentially slowing down economic activity and inflation. 4. Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) for Merchant Banks: The CRR for merchant banks was increased from 14% to 16%, a rise of 200 basis points (2%). Example: If a merchant bank has deposits of ₦1 billion, they previously had to keep ₦140 million with the CBN. Now, they must keep ₦160 million. 5. Liquidity Ratio: The liquidity ratio was retained at 30.00%. Example: Banks must continue to maintain 30% of their deposits in liquid assets. For instance, if a bank has ₦1 billion in deposits, they must keep ₦300 million in easily convertible assets like cash, short-term government securities, or other highly liquid investments. These policy changes generally indicate a tightening of monetary policy. The CBN is likely trying to combat high inflation by reducing the money supply and making borrowing more expensive. This can slow down economic activity but help stabilize prices and the value of the currency. As you can see, they are making borrowing money from banks to manufacturers, SMEs and others very expensive and unprofitable because you can't borrow money from banks let's say 32% and make any tangible profit. What is even the profit margins of most manufacturing companies after salary, tax, debt repayment and so many other things. For the few ones that can endure it, they will literarily be working for the banks and not themselves. Even the cash reserve ratio means banks can only borrow people and companies only just 50% of what they have left from previous 55% which means squeezing the banks more. Out of the remaining 50% sef to borrow people, another 30% liquidity ratio which means they are forced to invest in TB and bonds. Again squeezing out the cash in the economy for expansion and manufacturing. So we have virtually 20% cash left for 200m plus Nigerians to fight for at an expensive rate from the banks because they will only loan it to the highest bidders anyway. Which brings me to the question - If you are discouraging manufacturers thereby reducing production, some even close up due to loan defaults and layoff, how you want take grow economy when people are been thrown into more hardship and unemployment. This type of economic move still dey baffle me. Anyway, I didn't graduate from Cambridge or hold an MBA, so I will leave that to exparts or professionals in that sectoe |
Plus10:It will not. They are trying as much as possible to discourage borrowing money from banks by making it expensive but then, it will slow down economic growth. On the other hand, they are also discouraging people from investing in TB by lowering the coupon. Aim and objective - for people to bring out hiding money to invest in physical business in the country to boost economy. How effective this will be, we will see |
beautyuche:Then just login to the cic portal. Fill the forms on their website applying for tourism for a week. In the document upload section, upload your US visa and also tick the having US visa section. Your chances of getting it is high. Give it a shot |
Oracleee:Hmmmmmmm |
Taal17:That will be in the purpose of traveling section |
Vic2023:These guys really chanced Hamas alot. Hamas didn't even do up to 1/10th of what Hezbollah is doing and they didn't wait to level that place. They have been dragging legs for a long time about invading Lebanon. They thought it will be like Hamas where their people were busy taking pictures outside of Hamas local rockets been neutralized by iron dome. Now, their citizens can feel the hot seat and running Helter skelter |

Olammi:I don't like agents. Have used them in the past and the outcome was not palatable. They are very costly for my pocket yet their success rate is low. I took my time to carefully study this thread since it is a do-it-yourself group and the time, sacrifice has paid off and worth it. I only spent less than 200k to get my US visa and another 200k for my Canada visa. If I had used agent, it would have been millions of nairas with so many forged documents they have used for many unknown to me which may lead to high denying rate and affect my future application due to inconsistent information with the agent own |
ofime123:Thanks very very much . I really like this . It makes a lot of sense |
affoncad:I am not using a traveling agent. I did my Canada and US visa myself courtesy of this thread and got it. Canada 8 years and US 5 years. I am only applying for my wife to follow me on vacation. Pof is okay and my traveling experience is good also. Just hope my pof, traveling history and Canada visa can influence her own outcome too. That's all |
Mille:I will say it again, remove isreal's air force and I bet you they can't stand toe to toe with Hamas not to talk of Hezbollah. Let them keep all their air defence systems, UAVs, tanks, just remove only the fighter jets and it is a game over. I don't blame them though because even the Russia/Ukraine war, the game changer is the Russians air superiority. The air force inflicts major damages to the enemies before the infantries move in to do the final clearings. Without RUAF, the war in Ukraine would have been at standstill and Russia wouldn't have gained any territory. Ukrainians are good fighters but there is little to none a good fighter can do when fighting someone above and it is the main reason Nato has not officially entered the war because they are not sure they will be able to fully starve Russia out of air control and bomb her back to stone age like Kosovo, Bosnia and Serbia wars |
