233% increase in a year. I do not understand. Nigeria was declared to be in recession in 2016 and 2017. And in these years a company gained 233% than the previous years that we were not in recession. That is unclear to me o. How come?? During this period we heard that our government was pumping millions of dollars into the economy and that would definitely choke our naira. So how come a company gained 233% during this period when their gain would have come from investors patronizing the naira? During a period when 50% of small-scale investors closed up their businesses. during a time when naira was crashing and sinking like titanic.

Wrong choice of words

Training started since 2nd of April for the first batch, and induction will be early next week after which second batch will start. Those in training are last year backlog but the next batch will consist of 2017 applicants.

I can relate with her story but truth be told, its not easy oooo. Thank God for sanity of the mind.

Well I have NEVER seen the interview score sheet as I neither work there, or have I ever interviewed people on their behalf. It's okay though. Maybe as a question I would ask to see the score sheet

1.First impression ( dressing, the simple interview etiquettes and mannerisms)
2. Subject mastery (questions from your area)
3.Boldness and confidence assessment
4.Communication skill
5.Awareness of your terrene ( current affairs)
6.knowledge of the financial institutions ( knowledge of your employer)
7 brief aptitude test (logical questions)
8.feedback from the potential employee ( questions, observation and recommendations). Hence, this is not to say that everybody must under go through these processes, but these are what the score card assess. hope it help bro!

I would rather prefer you encourage them to at least work on a question. @Nchabuomo have you seen fidelity bank interview score sheet? questions are encouraged, good questions at that!

Don't be in a hurry to leave the panel team, you will be given an opportunity to ask questions please don't say I don't have any questions. Ask brilliant questions about the company e.g 1.What is your corporate governance like? 2.The internal control systems of your company is strong what is the secret? 3. Considering the recessing nature of the economy, how have fidelity integrate cost cutting and rebranding of product.4 Why is fidelity bank so keen to achieving the SME Objectives in Nigeria? 5.Considering different stakeholders in the financial institutions, fidelity bank have always maintain its integrity in meeting all their interest what's the secret? and many more questions about fidelity. please before you ask any of these questions make sure you have a sound idea of what you are saying.

Read the nitty gritty of your discipline, the mock interview will don't really hold water in terms of effect. except, if the person is within the same discipline. Those interviewers are not robot, they ask questions base on your field. e.g, I meant a lady who also came for the interview, and I asked her, her discipline and she responded accounting. As we got talking, she asked me to assess her by asking her some questions since I studied economics. So I started by asking her to tell me the principle of double entry in accounting but she said she doesn't know and I asked her second one, what is the concept and convention of accounting and many more but the same response was what I got. Then, I gave her the answers to the questions but to amazement when she came out of the interview she rush to me and hugged me, I tried to calm her down but she was overwhelmed, in her own voice " everything you told me, was what I was asked" I'm not ruling off the importance of the mock interview but I will strongly recommend that you guys should go to YouTube and download different interview questions and answers. I don't think I could have made my interview without the help I garnered from YouTube videos. I even learned the sweet smile I was dishing out and the 'yes sir' and 'thank you sir' that filled the banking hall that day from YouTube videos. you are free to air your view.
