My dear there are quiet places, and it depends on the time of the day. I live there too, most motorist take Odili road due to d ongoing construction and some endure the bad main t/amadi road, whatever the route there'll always be a lonely spot and offcourse that's where driver will claim he found space. As funny as it sounds, I pray you don't experience it, yours may be worse cos you refusd to learn

I went to the bank yesterday to withdraw N465,000 from Ecobank to pay a punter who won his football bet, i put the money inside a small bag and hung it on my neck. When i came out from the bank premises, a taxi stopped and asked where i was going, i told him "Slaughter", and he asked me to enter... there were three men inside the car, two in front and one at the back with me.

After about 10 minutes drive, the driver told me that my door was not locked and that i should open it and close it very well, i then asked him to slow down because he was driving with speed but he refused...

When we reached a quiet place, the driver slowed down, i opened the door but when i tried closing it the door refused to close. I tried and tried but no way. At that point all of them stretched their hands to assist close the door one after the other and in the process they touched the bag i was holding but i wasn't afraid cos the bag was zipped. When they still couldn't lock the door, they stopped the car and asked me to come down so that they could check the door. As soon as i dropped, they closed the door and zoomed off.

At that point i was so confused because my bag and phone was still with me, and i didn't even pay the tfare yet.

After they might've gone far, i decided to open the bag, and lo and behold all my money had turned into A4 paper cut into money size. I couldn't believe it was real. I closed my eyes and opened it wishing it was all a dream, but no, it was a reality i had to face. I nearly ran mad on the road. People were just staring at me because of the way i was acting.

All the same i thank God for preserving my life.. I know its not easy to lose such amount this period.

I reported the matter to the policemen i saw on my way back, they told me that they've been getting such report and that i should thank God i wasn't hurt... They also told me that the fraudsters always know people that have money with them (that they see something like flame of fire on their head).

Point of correction, Namibia and Kenya citizens have a better quality of life than Nigerians. Alshabab killed 29 kenyans in a bus and they are already rioting and putting pressure on the president. All the countries ranked among Nigeria when we got our independence are far more advanced than we are because of the kind of leaders we keep having. I am not myopic and I try to be as honest as I can be. Do you understand what it means to have a quality life ? It is not when you have 1 million naira in your account, it is when you have the basic infrastructure around which enables you to work hard and live a secured life. You need to visit Kenya or Namibia, they are african nations, they dont have as much oil as Nigeria, neither are they blessed with the human population as Nigeria

If you follow my comments, the fact that Babangida stole so much during his reign does not make him a better person today, what that should tell you is that if you invest into the future, your name would be appreciated like Mandela.

Have you ever gone on the train you making noise about? How much was used to get you those trains that can suffocate a cow in it, why is the president or any politician not using there so much acclaimed railway like it is done in the UK, or they are no longer humans. Now tell me who is myopic ? I have traveled along lagos ibadan, as well as lagos ore, I can confidently tell you the realities are worse than all this rubbish you just typed. Lagos -ibadan, out of about 140km, like 15km each on two different sides is still been worked on causing so much traffic, the remaining 70km is still in a big mess, and i know why they started work like that is all for the upcoming election. The lagos ore road too is terrible. It hasonly been done about 5km before you get to ore town, although i have not gone past ore to benin but i heard it has been done. But in 6 years with the amount spent in the budget, it is a big shame. I dont care who is in power, be it buhari or jonathan or you, all i want is good governance and security.

6years as president with crude oil selling beyong 100$/ barrel and they blew d money and even depleted external reserves, do you realize Nigeria is been mortgaged. Is it until they can no longer pay or borrow money to pay civil workers,doctors, police, army etc before you know there is a problem and it has nothing to do with APC/PDP rather good governance.



MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO LOOK INWARD AND ASK YOURSELF, DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER COUNTRY ASIDE THIS ONE ? DO YOU HAVE A PRIVATE JET TO RUN IF IT GOES VERY BAD. IF YOU DONT, BETTER STOP FIGHTING ME THAT WISHES NIGERIA TO BE A COUNTRY WE WOULD ALL BE PROUD ABOUT LIKE CHINA AND FACE THE COMMON ENEMY, POLITICIANS STEALING US DRY. You have not said anything substantial to lay your claim, why don't you try purchasing a ticket so we don't have to vote for the likes of buhari and jonathan. Tell me reasons why you feel jonathan deserves a second term after 6years of ruling in both capacity of acting president and then president.
