Edward after finding happiness with his love, remembered he had not called his mum for sometime now. He quickly snatched the phone from Sharon who was lying beside him playing Temple Run, she had parked her things from her apartment and was now living with Edward in his .
"Good evening mummy" Edward greeted his mum.
"My son, How are you doing ? the mother asked very concerned.
"Mummy am fine, and you how are you ? "

"Don't worry about me son , your mum is still strong ok ?" She assured him.
"How is your girlfriend ? the one you told me about the other day" she asked.

"mummy Sharon is fine, she is here beside me"

"Give her the phone let me talk to my daughter in law"she teased him

Sharon spend five minutes in speaking with Mummy Elizabeth. "She is a very nice and caring woman" Sharon said after the call. Elizabeth asked Sharon to take good care of her son for her.


******Khalifa was already in a new clique. He had left his friends to join the biggest guys in campus. They were the sons of rich men and where driving on latest cars. Khalifa had made money from Bella while trying to help her with Edward and when he tappec enough, he left.
Rumours had it that he was going to contest for a post in the coming SUG elections which might be social director or so.

*******Meanwhile for the past three weeks, Hakeem and Bella had been the latest lovers in campus. Their love grew faster than they thought it will. Bella was just experiencing love for the first time and she couldn't have been happier with any man than she was. Hakeem proved to be a very sweet and caring guy to her. He fulfilled his obligations to her as a man without minding whether she was from a rich family or not. Bella couldn't stop imagining and regretting her foolish attitudes in the past. She was very sorry and didn't had any ill feeling against Sharon and Edward. She will choose Hakeem if being asked to select between him and Edward.

Exams was almost at the corner and after which they will go for T.P and or I.T, they were in their third year.

Weeks passed and Hakeems thoughts about Bella didn't seemed to stop. At first,he thought he was just having pity towards her due to the pains she was passing through, "besides, it is only humane to care for each other" he had thought.
Bella on the other hand didn't stop thinking of Hakeem's kindness towards her.
Apart from the fact that he helped her beg Edward, that guy has been extremely caring towards her right from time. He had been a very loyal friend to her but her feelings for Edward blinded her eyes that she couldn't notice other people who cared about her. Now that Edward's love seem to be fading away, her mind recalled all Hakeems care for her. The last time he saved her from trouble almost got him expelled.
It was in an exams situation. Bella is not good when it comes to mathematics, she had always depended on Edward's help all through the exams she had written in GSE mathematics. During their two hundred level's second semester exams, the system changed. Students were taken out randomly and sent to other halls to minimise the rate of exams malpractice. Edward was among the students selected out. Bella was left with Hakeem in the other hall. She knew that Edward was gone and their will be no one to depend on so she jotted down some algebra formulas to steal from during the exams. Questions were brought and exams kicked off, Bella at first pretended she was writing and when the exams was at its heat, she brought out the piece of paper and began to copy from it. Mr Great the invigilator was in his way to the back sit when she sighted him and out of fear, she threw the paper on the floor. Mr Great saw the paper on its way down but didn't saw from whose hand it came out but it was definitely from Bella's sit where Hakeem was also sitted. " Stand up the two of you"the lecturer had said "This paper came from thus seat and as it is a clear evidence of malpractice. The two of you will be expelled if the person who used it did not surrender his/herself"
They stood with fear and intimidation. Hakeem knew it was Bella but didn't wanted to betray her by exposing her so he decided to offer himself instead of betraying her or the two of them being expelled.
After the exams, it took him more than three hours of pleading before he was forgiven and placed on last warning.

Bella thought of the incident and just realised how foolish she had been for not thanking him all this while. She then decided to show appreciation this time around. She called Hakeem so they could meet at Shalaza eatery, the bar opposite the school gate.
Hakeem was very pleased when he received the call from Bella. He was happy that he got to talk to her even though he didn't seemed to know why.
He quickly dressed up and made sure he wasn't even a minute late. Bella was already there and had ordered. She knew her friends very well and their favourite foods.

"You are already here ?" he said taking a sit opposite to Bella.
"Yes keem I didn't wanted to keep you waiting" she replied with a smile.
"So what's the occasion we are celebrating , because I can see alot of food and drinks staring at me in wait" He said after looking all through the table.

"Don't be dramatic Keem, I just decided to ask you out on a date to show appreciation. its the little I can do" She said seriousness all over her face.
"Appreciation for what ?"He asked

"Hakeem, apart from saving me from Edwards anger,.there were many favours and helps you rendered to me then but I was so blinded by my love for Edward and couldn't thank you enough. I just want you to know that am grateful" She thanked him.

"You don't have to do this Bella, you are my friend and I owe you that. Besides I also owe you an apology about the incident that transpired between us. I didn't mean to hurt you Bella because I know that was not you. but thank God you are back to your senses now" He remarked.

"About the incident that transpired, I know its not your fault, you only wanted to save your family and Sharon's.
I don't know why I have this feeling that everything happened for the good of everyone" She said.

"Bella I know this might sound crazy but I can't get my mind off you since that day. Even if I tried so had to forget about, your beautiful face and voice keep displaying and ringing in my mind. I don't know what it is but I feel happy whenever I think about you" He confessed.

"Hmmm I guess we feel the same, I haven't being myself either. Your thoughts have been on my mind and I also don't know why but am always happy too " She reciprocated the confession.

"I guess we both are adults and I think we don't need anyone to tell us what we feel for each other." Hakeem said while standing up.

Bella couldn't hold her self anymore, she went beside the table between them and gave him a passionate hug whispering "I love you " in his ears.
They held each other for seconds not minding the eyes shooting at them.

Meanwhile, Hakeem had a very sleepless encounter all through the weekend. He didn't liked the direction to which he was thinking but couldn't help.
At intervals he will find himself thinking about his experience with Bella. How hot she was and how soft and enthralling her kiss was on his lips even though she didn't meant it. He kept imagining how it will taste if it was really from her heart. He would stand up from his bed and try to pick up a book so that he won't have to think about it Bella but will end up finding her stock up in his thoughts.
Hakeem became more devastated. He didn't know whether he like what was happening to him or not. He took to music as another way out but nothing seem to change. "I will just apologies to Bella and be free from her thoughts"He had concluded.

*****Bella on the other hand didn't found it easy either. Her weekend has been as horrible and sleepless as Hakeem's if not worse. She was having many problems to deal with.
On one hand was Edwards rage and on the other was the disappointment she felt for having lost her virginity on a man she don't have an iota of feeling for.
"How could I be so stupid to allow Hakeem do this to me" She repeatedly uttered.
"Now I have lost everything, both my pride and Edward".

She was indeed disappointed about what transpired with Hakeem but sometimes she forgets about the disappointment and the picture of what happened flashes on her mind and she will be carried away by the pleasure she derived from it. She gets startled when she recovers from the thought and will be angry at herself all over.


********After the weekend experiences, it was Monday and that meant another lecture streak.
Hakeem was the first to get to school, they had 8:00am lectures and he was already in school by 7:30am. He didn't wait for too long before Edward arrived with Sharon.He walked straight to Hakeem after dismissing with Sharon who had gone towards their faculty.
The two friends shook their hands as usual. They didn't met throughout the weekend as each or them had his problems to deal with.
"What's up with the dull look ? " Hakeem asked after noticing that Edward wasn't free with him as he should be.
"Don't pretend you don't know why am like this " he replied Keem looking aside.

Hakeem smiled and nodded his head "I understand but you should allow me explain things.

He narrated everything again to Edward just as Sharon did. Edward confirmed that all Sharon had said was true.
"And please I will like to ask a favour from you" Hakeem said after the story.
"Okay anything for you dude" Edward replied.

"Will you please spare Bella from your anger ?, because honestly she must be going through alot and your obsession towards her will add up to her pains. I know you have all the right to be angry at her but for the sake of old times spare her"Hakeem said looking emotional.

Edward was really surprised at Hakeems behaviour. The same Bella has been after his family and Sharon's and all of a sudden he cared about her.
Edward accepted reluctantly because he had agreed to do anything for Keem earlier.

Before long, lecture started and the two friends left for the hall. They couldn't believe their eyes when they saw Bella already in the hall. She had probably seen them when they were standing and decided to go through the other way that led to the lecture hall.

They attended all the lectures for the day and were about going home.
Bella had been anticipating an encounter with Edward but she was shocked that up till the end of the lectures that day, Edward didn't said anything to her.
She and Hakeem had same experience too except that in their case, they get caught up in each other's eyes trying to steal a stare.

Edward and Hakeem where on their way home when Bella hurried her way to them. She called at Edwards name when she was almost at their reach.
He halted leaving Hakeem to continue with the walk.

"Bella what is it ?" He snapped at her politely.

"Are you not angry with me ?," she asked.

"Bella please let's not talk about this, you are my friend and am not mad at you but you shouldn't do that again" He said getting impatient with her and trying so hard to suppress the anger he felt towards her.

"Thank you Edward, thank you...."

"You should be thanking Hakeem instead of me, he made me swear never to be mad at you" He interrupted her and proceeded.

Bella stood there with surprise. "So even after all the pains I have put Hakeem through, he still help me beg Edward. This guy is really kind" She soliloquiesed.
All through her way home, she didn't stopped thanking Hakeem in her mind.

The following day, Sharon woke up as early as she could to prepare break fast for her love. She hastily walked herself into the kitchen and at the drop of a hat, she prepared tea with fried egg and potatoe. She brought out all his dirty clothes and washed them before cleaning the room. The room was filled with dirt and grains of sands were everywhere. Sharon had. been the one taking care of the room before they got problems. Edward must have been too lazy to tidy up his apartment.

Edward stretched himself out of the white bed sheet covering his unclad upper body. His eyes were not clear yet because he just woke up. His brain returned to normal when he perceived the aroma of food. He began to sniff around the room heading towards the dinning table. Sharon was already waiting for him.

He moved closer and through the window opposite him, he saw his clothes hanging under the sun. He then halt for a moment and began to move his eyes around the room in survey. "This room has been cleaned" he thought.

Sharon watched him display his drama. She was really happy that they are together again.
"Good morning my Prince" she finally broke the silence with smiles .
"You mean you did all these,.and I didn't even heard you ? I must have been dead sleeping" He exclaimed.

"My love you where very tired and needed all the night to rest that was why I didn't wanted to make any sound while cleaning" She said.

"I am really a lucky man to have you, when we get married, I won't have any problems with house chores , infact there won't be need for any help" He said with enthusiasm.

"OK Mr marriage, will you walk yourself to the table or you will keep fulling yourself with fantasies" She teased.

"Fantasy right ? OK no problem" he said faking anger.

"Hmm am sorry jare....You needed to see how you looked with that face you are putting on" She teased again.

"I guess I know how I look....... like a prince right ?" he said.

Sharon burst into laughter and he joined. They continued to have fun and tease each other. They fed each other with break fast and before the blink of an eye, they were done .

" I don't really know what I will be without you Sharon, you occupy a very important part of me that if you leave, a whole would be left inside me. Please don't you ever leave me again I might not survive the pains" He said looking into her eyes with and looking sincere.

"My love you don't have to beg me to stay because I can't leave without you either. I. never thought I'd be able to fall in love like this but you prove me wrong. I love you so much" Sharon confessed.

Edward looked bright eyed and bushy tailed, Sharon had never confessed her love to her like this. moved closer and planted a soft kiss on her lips before giving her a very passionate hug which lasted for a minute."I love you more Sharon" he said with a low and trembling voice.

Sharon spend the weekend with her love, they missed each other so much and spending the weekend there was just little because it can't make up for lost time. Sharon remained reserved, Edward's love for her was far from lust so he didn't thought of doing something silly. Her happiness was his main priority.

Nate is really going crazy fr Jane but he just won't admit it...OK na.
K.c is also facing same issue: They are too proud to admit the fact that they ar in luv.

Sharon walked up and down her apartment trying to figure out a way of reconciling with Edward without implicating Bella. She thought so hard and deep but no idea was coming through. She has missed Edward so much. She needed to be with him and make up for lost time but she had pushed him away when Bella was on her neck and now that Bella is off her, she didn't know how to begin the whole pleading.
She called him on the phone and he didn't wasted time before picking.
"Hi Edward, " She greeted .

"Sharon ? ....Am I dreaming or what ?" He said with shock.
"Your not dreaming my dear,hope you are fine ?" She asked with care.
"Hmmm and when did my well being became your concern again ? because the last time I was at your place, you pushed me out like s dog" he said pretending to be tough.
"We need to talk Edward. You need to know. what happened" She said lowering her voice.
After a five minute talk, they agree to meet at Edward's place and talk things out.

Sharon was dressed in one of her most beautiful outfits, she needed to look extra beautiful for her man. Ever since they resumed from holidays, that was the first time she will visit Edward so she needed to please him with her looks.
Edward couldn't stop thinking of what might have prompted Sharon into calling him. He was very happy that his girlfriend was regaining her senses but decided to play tough with her.
A knock was heard on his door and knowing fully that it was Sharon, he took two minutes before ushering her in.
"Hey..Welcome Sharon" He said heading into the room toward the sofa.

"Thank you " She replied following him behind.

"Make yourself comfortable" He pointed at the direction of the sofa opposite to him.

Sharon noticed that Edward was not his normal self. He didn't even commented on her looks neither did he even gave her a welcome hug. He even called her Sharon, something he had not done since the first day they met.

"Edward why are you like this ?" she asked getting concerned.
"I hope you don't expect me to be thesame after your attitude towards me lately?" He smirked.

"I understand how you feel my love but please let me explain"She said with determination to tell him everything. She didn't like his behaviour towards her.

"Am all ears Sharon" He said adjusting himself on the sofa.

Sharon began to narrate everything that happened to her from the beginning to the end without skipping any part except that she didn't reveal Bella's identity. She told him how she had been undergoing emotional trauma due to threats from different angles. She even told him about the imposter who was hired to post as her boyfriend in other to ruin them.

Edward was very shocked when he heard her story. He was running short words especially when he realised that it was all because of him. The shock in his face gradually transformed into disappointment like he had just remembered something.

"So all of these happened to you Sharon and you didn't thought of letting me know ? I can't believe this. You are my girlfriend for crying out loud. Don't you think I have the ability of helping you with your problems ? You carried all this burden alone and all this while I have been blaming you for ruining us. Am really disappointed in you Sharon"He said with tears rolling down his eyes.

"Am really sorry my love, I was caught in the middle of two stools, my family was going to be destroyed if I had told you. I chose to bear the pains till I found a solution to my problem. Am really sorry" She said kneeling down.
All the make up she had painted was been washed down by her tears.

" I understand you my love, by even at that, it doesn't justify the fact that you underestimated me as your boyfriend. Please you shouldn't keep things away from me alright ?" He said wiping her tears.

She nodded and sat back on the sofa.

"Who is the person behind the threats ? "He asked with determination in his face like he was going to kill the person if been told.

Bella was shivering. She didn't wanted to say Bella's name there but her boyfriend was really angry for her secretive attitude so she had to reveal it amidst fear.

"It's Be....LA, your friend. she is the devil behind all our problems" She shot.

"What ? no no no....I don't believe this, Bella can't hurt a fly not to talk of a human." He noded in disbelief.

"Bella is a devil in disguise, she is more than that innocent face she puts on . You can ask you friend Hakeem he is also her victim" She continued.

"Hakeem ? so he is also aware ?" He asked in disappointment but continued because that was a little compared. to Bella's.
"You mean Bella is the master minder of all our problems ? he continued.

"Bella why ?,why ?" He was frustrated and weak. His eyes where red and swollen.He had just met the biggest betrayal of his life. Of all the people in the world, he never even for once taught that Bella could ever hurt him that much.
Sharon got closer and held him in her arms. They cried together and later felt asleep. She spend the night at his place to take care of him. He was really going through a lot of trauma and needed care,besides she needed to make up for lost time.

Bella became so devastated, she was blinded by desperation that she didn't had a second thought before falling into Hakeem's trap. Now her dreams of ending up with Edward is at the verge of crumbling.
She thought of her dad, the respect and honour that his name carries and what could happen to that respect if that video is leaked. She thought of the love that her dad showers on her and how disappointed he will be when he come across the recording.
She was very worried and grounded, she didn't even know what to do anymore. She became more worried that Edward will now know that she is the devil behind all the problems he has been facing in his relationship. How disappointed he will be.
"Edward must not find out about all the evils I have perpetrated. I might be able to lose him as a lover but his friendship is something I can never do without. I need to act as fast as possible before Hakeem let the cat out of the bag." She thought to herself.

*****Hakeem has been thinking of how to conceal the secret from Edward because he still had not giving hope on Bella coming good again. He knew that if Edward should hear about all the evil things Bella had done, the possibility of their friendship to get back like old times is very slim and that's something Hakeem was against.

He remembered the old times when the four of them will go out for a tour around the city where they buy ice creams and play around like kids. Saturdays were the most interesting days they enjoyed most. Bella would cook that delicious meal of hers and package it in a flask. They will buy all sought of drinks and go to the beach closer to the school where they play and have fun.
Hakeem couldn't stop thinking of the old memories. He decided to keep the secret away from Edward for the mean time unless Bella acts foolish.
"After all, Bella is not a bad person. She is just a hopeless romantic whose desperation for the person she loves has led her into doing evil. Her love for Edward has transformed her into a monster but I hope she will learn her lesson now".He muttered to himself

Hakeem didn't understood why he was having second thoughts in dealing with Bella mercilessly. He had always prayed for a way to revenge all the evil Bella had done and now he has her in his palm but he can't help but pity her.
He got home late in the night and thank God there was light. He was about jumping on his bed when he saw stains of blood on the bedsheets. Since the previous day, Keem had not slept in his apartment not to talk of checking on the bedsheets.
"What ? so she was a virgin ?." He stood still filled with awe. "No wonder she was so tight"he thought.
Hakeem was not himself since he realised Bella was a virgin, he developed a very strong sense of pity towards her. He wanted calling her to apologise but decided against it again.
