case would be thrown out of court. His money, his supermarket, his damages, his expense, his loss, it's nobody's business. So far he didn't assault her, she has no case. It was his investment, it was his supermarket, he just put her there to manage it. And yes, your idea of hiring a sales girl to take over is not bad, but people deal with grieve differently number 1. Then number 2, the wife will still be entangled with the shop if he puts a sales girl there. There's still possibility of that arrangement becomimg a conflicting situation.
