Keep fooling yourself, 502 Nigerian SMEs won grants of N12m each in May 2019 under theWorld Bank BIGPortal grant scheme, none of them knew a single soul. It was handled by GEM office under federal ministry of trade and investment and it was World Bank that ensured the ministry officials didn't turn it to business. Go to Trade and investment and ask whether there was anything like that. Keep fooling yourself defending worthless Nigerian attitude that's throwing us into the gutter
