Thanks for the time taken. I will expect the pictures. |
Can you please send some pictures and details the email on the post? Is the house fenced? is there water? is the water running inside? how many toilets? are there tiles in the kitchen and bath? is it on the floor? All the conditions may not be fulfilled but they are desired. Lastly, are you the landlord or rep? Just some details. |
I don't know this axis very well, but how close is it to Winners? jossy26: |
A lecturer requires a 3 bedroom flat in Ota, Ogun state. Could be part of a building or in an estate. Should be well finished with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom(s). Bore hole will be nice or at least water in any form. It will be nice if the property is not isolated. Please email ola@wirenigeria.com if you have any. |
I can connect to this problem. Have you thought of any industry and the state you could be interested in investing in yet? Donbrig: |
I was expecting to see the picture of the real house and not model? |
Dexpro:Are there any health and safety issues to be aware of? Also, I have already placed an order for a LPG electric generator, can I power it with Biogas instead? Lastly, I have an idea on how this process can be commercialized especially if further simplified. I will keep following this thread, then we can discuss later. I must say you are doing a nice job. |
Please send me details on ola@wirenigeria.com |

Must we import everything? |
Thank you sir. I like hearing dissenting views. |
The pictures are not well taken. Unilorin is actually more beautiful than these pictures. But honestly, if Oyinbo hand touch this same school, they will grass the fields, flower every nooks and crannies, equip the classrooms and labs and produce better pictures and video of the same school. Guess what? Even with the same standard of teaching, students will pay millions as school fees. |
Thank you for being civil in your response, if you say many other projects are ongoing and you live in that state or you are on ground in the state; then I take it that the Governor is working. However, I am not comfortable with people praising their governor whenever Shorprite is expanding. Happiness87: |
I am not sure my statement warrant this insult or what do you think? Atlantian: |
I don't know if this Governor is performing in other areas of governance, but honestly laying foundation for a Private business coming to operate in his state is not performance. Happiness87: |
Since people are hailing Fayose and calling show off good governance, We will soon see governors making and selling Suya. |
seunmsg:Thank you my brother, I guess the headline was carefully crafted to mislead readers. |
I will refer my buyers to you. |
Will these 10000 new police recruits join the existing police in its actions and inactions? Sad! |
Thanks for the correction it will be changed. Fourwinds: |
God bless the writer of this article. This is the same reason why a lot of Nigeria's formal great men have not been able to reproduce their kind and children of millionaires of yesterday are in financial mess. The way God designed this world is for us to go through trials and situations and it is through this process that we are strengthened, toughened and equipped for our future. Shielding your children from this process only limits their capacity, a limited capacity is certainly a limited destiny. |
It's an option and it's based on my personal viewpoint, I am not saying that is is right. I will rather have a Fayemi as governor than Fayose. On Aregbe, did you not read where I called him a financial illiterate? that means I already tagged him as a failure but that doesn't make an Omisore options automatically appealing. I am not into this PDP or APC thing, but rather I look at the individuals. francizy: |
Of course I will from my own limited perspective. Aregbesola became Osun governor courtesy of Tinubu's political sagacity and his personal socialism idea. There is nothing wrong with this idea only that socialism idea will only thrive where there is production. Now what does Osun produce? How much does it generate internally? As soon as oil price fell it became clear that Aregbesola is a financial illiterate building a social system on an income that does not depend on Osun people's effort. However, the difference in Ekiti and Osun's case is that while Ekiti had an option in Fayemi, Osun's Omisore's option was disastrous. francizy: |
My brother which Ondo and Osun? The truth is that in the South West, only Oyo, Ogun and Lagos states are viable. Ondo could have been but it is long mismanaged. If we are to practice true federalism, states like Ekiti, Ebonyi and more than half of the states up North will have to close shop. All these states are just oil money sharing centers and sadly, some people think we we develop this way. MrAboki: |
Some poor girls have just been denied an opportunity to progress. Who determines what is decent? The girls? Their parents? The school? Nigeria? Ok, if it is the school, Who in the school? VC? Registrar? Male lecturers? Female lecturers? Muslims? Christians? If you want to run a secular school do so, if you want to run a religious school do so. Don't use Nigeria's money (a circular country) to fund a quasi religious institution. |
My thinking on why a Fayose is a governor in Ekiti 1) Ekiti is the poorest state in the South West and one of the poorest in Nigeria (based on the monthly allocation from the Federal Government. Note that Ekiti is one of the richest in terms of human capital development index). 2) Because of No 1 above, unlike some of the other South Western states that are able to retain a good percentage of their intellectuals in their state, Ekiti intellectuals are scattered across schools in Nigeria and there may be more of her intellectuals in Lagos than the entire Ekiti put together. 3) I suspect that a good number of educated Ekiti citizens living in Ekiti state have disconnected themselves from the political process of the state and are only watching from the sideline. 4) Fayose's grand understanding of the psychic of the typical voter in Ekiti is then deployed to his own advantage packaged and presented as if it is to the advantage of his subjects. If you can think of a better explanation please tell me! |
Thanks. I will check him out. bettercreature: |
Jungle justice speaks of 1 things. That the perpetrators are meant to be leaving in the jungle with other animals. This should not be allowed among civilised people. NEVER. |
I am not sure he hates the guy. You see, sometimes we need to delay celebration or gratification for what we perceive as 'achievement' in other to have the real achievement. SexyStrawberry: |
