Why then do we have an acting CJN when it is obvious that he is the most senior at this time. Have you ever heard of acting CJN before? Why did PMB failed to send is name to the senate for comfirmation? Why is he not comfirmed yet?

It all still bug down to the executive. For example, the body language of the president alone can interprete how proceeding from the court is going to look like. If the president can allow the people surrounding him to remote control the judiciary without him questioning them, nothing else the legislative arm can do than to follow same pattern. The judiciary were independent in the last government to some extent, many judgement does not favour PDP during GEJ tenure while some does. All am saying is, the judiciary need to seperate their head from the legislative and executive if we are to have a moving democracy

The Supreme court 5-man panel led by the Acting CJN
strikes out all appeals brought by Sherriff & Jimoh Ibrahim. Insists all issues should be heard in substantive appeal.

Mimiko and ondo state, i don't want to trust the orangeman again. Mimiko, a PDP man, visited presido buhari several times to discuss what? I may be wrong, but am seeing mimiko playing a dangerous game with pdp for APC, this man might defect to APC to evade probe. Otherwise, how can INEC approve jegede, a man who never campaigned, i mean, serious campaign against jimoh abrahim who went to nook and crannies of Ondo state, even though i never wanted him to win. Is like a case of president, tell your sister at INEC to field my candidate and we all will defect to your party after Win,

The INEC recognized (court ordered) candidate of the PDP, Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim, yesterday dashed the hope of his supporters who were working for him to become governor by declaring that he has achieved his aim, four days before the election.

Speaking with journalists in Akure after a stakeholders meeting with INEC yesterday, Ibrahim said he has nothing to lose and is satisfied with what he has achieved in the PDP candidacy crisis.

Asked if he was disturbed by the outcome of his appeal at the Supreme Court yesterday, the business mogul said he was not bothered because nobody can change his name on the INEC list.

Asked what he would do if eventually his name was changed on the list by INEC on a court order, Ibrahim said: "no problem. I have achieved my aim".

When a journalist asked him to explain what he meant by achieving his aim when the election has not been held, Ibrahim simply said "you can think about that".

There are speculations that Ibrahim may have concluded arrangements to endorse the candidate of the APC, Rotimi Akeredolu, if Eyitayo Jegede returns to the INEC list as PDP candidate for the election.

But how does this Justice Okon Abang sleep at night, knowing that he blatantly gives HOAX judgements?
How do his children and close relations relate with others, seeing how he is constantly blasted by either Appeal or Supreme Justices?
Could it be a deliberate misdoing or Ignorance of the Law, the very Law he practices?
I just don't find Answers!
