Politics / Re: Peter Obi Hires 20 SANs To Challenge Presidential Election Result by engrlarex(m): 9:38am On Mar 05, 2023
IyaebeTheGreat:
Obi that came 3rd is doing more than Atiku that came second

This is because Atiku understand the politics of Nigeria better. He knew since he fumbled in the SS/SE which has been stronghold of PDP before Peter Obi/LP came into the picture. It is a no brainer to waste money on a futile journey. He is not delusional as Obidients. He knew he fumbled by not forming an alliance to wrestle power from the APC. LP an extension of PDP, who inherited PDP votes is crying more than the bereaved. Obi is towing the Buhari way before 2015. Same way Buhari was delusional by thinking he won the Presidential Election prior to 2015 because of his Northern followership particularly in the NE/NW. No one has ever won the Presidential elections in Nigeria without deep penetration in the North. As a matter of fact, no won has ever won the Presidential elections without winning atleast 3 geo-political zones. The only thing left for Peter Obi now is to consolidate on his youth acceptability now by forming an alliance in the North, particularly looking for a stronger running mate in the North not a paper weight like Datti. He should start preparing for 2027 if the odds would still work in his favour because our politics is very dynamic. He should stop shading shadows. Tinubu won the election, there could be some irregularities in the process particularly in Rivers and Lagos, that cannot make him win the election. In the North, it was a polarised votes between Atiku and Tinubu. How is Obi expected to win if he is not delusional, SS/SE cannot make him a winner without a strong alliance. In 2015, it took the alliance of ACN, CPC, section of APGA to wrestle power from PDP. The more the opposition the more it is to the advantage of ruling party. Obidients should move on and start preparing for 2023. Emotions and sentiments has never won elections in Nigeria. Strong alliance, alignment and re-alignment did. Obidients should stop harrasing people, everyone is taking note of their pattern of campaign, you can't bully everyone to power. They should learn to start respecting people's choices. There is no point having democracy if there is no liberty of choices. No Nigerian is more Nigerian than any Nigerian. Accidental, lovers of Nigeria should rest.

This current crop of justices needs to be investigated and removed. How can a case be move to the supreme court directly?

You don't know law. Whenever a case is between the state government and FG, the matter is adjudicated directly at the Supreme Court.

I think it's USD but I'd advise you dont have upto that in cash but saved in your account to avoid being queried.

You can ask your friend to hold on till when you get in, open an account then the money can be sent to your account for use. However, the money may take like 24/48 hours before it drops because it's a new account so the earlier you open the account, the better.

Thank you.

Alot of people upload their yellow card and some didn't.
But good to have it just Incase they ask.
Which I doubt

I don't think it is necessary. Your medicals will be sent by the OIM or the approved medical centre.

Nice, please does this mean one can actually use business account for POF?

It depends on the conditions of your application. If your sponsor has a company, why not. It can be used as POF with evidence of ownership with CAC documents and the rest.

1. I applied through an agent and paid an agency fee of #250K as at then. consider dollar variation.
2. Your intended course of study should be in-line with your first degree and your professional duties over the years.
3. I am a co-director/founder of an engineering company and which is functional. I also have my own company in operation.
4. I used the other company as a sponsor being one of the director, I used that in the GTE process with a closing balance of about #32M.
5. I have a landed properties worth over #15M. I did the survey and the proposed architectural design of the one of the intended house to be built with the assumption it is currently on-going.
6. I am married with a kid. So it can be said that I have a very strong home ties. I am giving you all of these to know how demanding their Documentations can be, some agent may not tell you the truth about convincing them you have every reasons to be back after studies.
7. I applied as married with my kid and wife as part of the visa application but I am the only one going.
8. I did the SOP review with the agent because I was part of every process start to finish.
9. Upon Receipt of admission, I made my payment via form A of about $8300 initial deposit black market is about #4.3M then.
10. COE was issued upon purchase of health insurance. And the visa was processed.
11. Did medicals and biometric two weeks interval. And the visa was issued after 10days of the medical.

In all, you might not be lucky to use form A, Average initial deposit of school fees is always around #4-5M. Health Insurance and Visa fee slightly above #1M. Medicals and Biometric #85K. If IELTS is required #83-85K.
Your statement of account will be sorted by you depending on your circumstances and other statutory documents that may be needed based on your application conditions and process.

Wishing you and others best of luck.

I really can’t blame those doctors. Getting Australian license to practice for doctors trained in Nigeria isn’t a walk in the park and sometimes, you’ll look at the quality of life (and family time) you have with your present job and just decide you are content. Some of them will later pursue the license when they have settled other pending aspects of their life and settled most of their urgent black tax.

Thank you for the heads up..what is the maximum dollars one can travel with to start life.

Anything above 130Km/hr I always remember my son, my wife and mother. I too love them. My mother don too try for me. At times, I dey run 130Km/hr on 3rd mainland bridge especially at Night. Late Night driving is the most risky coz I am always ready to knock anything in front of me.

But when I was called my wife was in the labour room and I was at Landmark beach cruising, I arrived Gbagada General Hospital under 25Mins with constant reminder that my son need to see me, no matter what. My village people no go get me.

Speed is a function of mind but some cars can actually trigger your speed if you are a good driver with mind.

Hello guys, is there a way I can get my Australian medical done faster. I called Dr Fatayi Williams over 2 weeks for medical appointment, am yet to get a reply from them. My school resume first week of February. Any faster means to get this medical done, I will really love any advice. Thanks.

I will advise you go there yourself, coz I went their myself to have a chat with them. However, u can keep checking on IOM for a closer date because it is cheaper than Fatayi Williams.

My agent lodged my visa recently and the SOP was more than 300 words. very lengthy. I want to assume this does not matter. They can't be denied for this because this is not the only requirements. +

Jemiimaa99:
Hello,

I have a question please.

There’s this new rule on home affairs website concerning having SOP with just 300 words. I don’t know if anyone else has seen that. It’s been on the site for 2 weeks now.
My agents got 2 students visa denied and no reason was given so they don’t know if it’s because of the sop issue.

Is there anyone that is yet to lodge his/her visa because of the 300 word SOP policy?

Is there anyone that has heard of that issue please?
I attached the link here.

I paid via form A, the agent claimed they don't have the account number of the school probably they want me to pay through them but I contacted the school myself and pressured them to give me the account details of the school which they did. If you don't have form A sure plug, don't bother to disturb them because they were reluctant to release their account details

Danieldara011:
I just spoke with them .the health quote will be adjusted.

Will pay for my family when the time comes, for now I will prefer it's for myself alone .

Sorry if I may ask how did you pay tuition deposit because it seems there's no option to use form A.
They only accept card payments and flywire

I have received my COE from University of Newcastle. I've paid for my OSHC. I am also a family of 3 but I am going alone for now.

Danieldara011:
So finally uni of Newcastle gave me unconditional offer today.

But there's a mistake on the offer or maybe it's my thought.

The oversea student health cover charge is $8400 and family was written beside it .

Although I am married (family of 3) I don't intend to apply for visa with my family.

The plan is to bring them later .

I feel the health cover charge is a mistake it should be single not family .

Please I need your input guys because I am thinking of calling the school to lodge a complain
