Only the recruiter can deduce their criteria for selection. You ppl should stop making wrong assumptions to comfort urselves. Going to social media to make public announcement that there is no credibility in the test can even be used against. Just make sure u avnt submitted ur name and email.

I see people going to Twitter and wailing that the test was not free and fair, I even saw a whatsApp screenshot were someone messaged the testmi guys and instructing them to cancel the test because people are already cheating.

Yes the process was not free and fair, I totally agree.

But you going to social media to rant and cause nuisance won't change anything. It seems you guys don't know the country you find yourselves in.

Allow the test body to decide what they feel is the best action to take. They know people cheated, so let them decide what they feel is right. You shouting and spamming their page won't change anything if nothing will change.

All I see here are people making assumptions and praying their assumptions come to pass.

How can you say you feel those that will be called might be those that scored low marks, so what will now happen to those that scored high without any aid or whatsoever?

The only thing I am saying is that if you wanna make an assumption, make a realistic one.

Stop feeling yourself too much .. Scoring 90 or more doesn't give you the job, BTW I scored over 80 EH.

I am not sure you read up to the end of my post, if you did you would have seen were I said my score was low also. If you want to know, even the 80 you scored, my score was not up to it because I did my test the first day. That is on the 14th.

Also how am I feeling myself? Because I asked people to stop with the assumption. Oh please.

Very soon someone will come and say people that might get called will be those who scored 50% and below (not shading those that scored 50% though).

The assumption is too much, what I have seen is people trying to back up their score so as to make themselves happy with their low performance.

Since last week all I have been seeing is people ranting and ranting and ranting, una no deh tire?

I think the cultural fit was included in the EvaleX psychometric assessment. Because the one I did has so many cultural fit questions in it.

Some have written, some are still waiting for invite to take the second assessment. If you have gotten the invite it is best you write it.

Cos I saw something suggesting that 20th is the deadline to getting feedback on candidacy.

Concerning how long, it depends. I have seen 4 days, 2 days, 3 days and also 5 days.

Yeah they said 20th is the last day and after that no more feedback.

So I can't say if the company will follow that, it all depends on them.
