Alfrediolu: Hi, pls do you know the recruitment process stages and the timeline?
Like after the test, is it straight to interviews?
Lastly, do you have an idea of the renumeration? After the test You will do two interviews Purely case study, then if you are successful you move to the next stage which could be medical or offer. |

gidob: Ennyj01 I envy you, you seem to know so much and I guess you were well prepared for the test.... I wish you the best bro... Don't relent in sharing what you know with us please LOL, to be sincere I don't know much about the whole process. All I have said here were things discussed during the zoom meeting with the representative. The test was 50/50 for me because the case study were different for everyone. So it depends on your judgement and business skills, that is what will help you in the test. |

MarioCruzo: Please where and how did you get the info of the Tests being in two batches?
Thanks. A zoom meeting was held with a representative of the company two weeks ago So he was the one who disclosed the info. Just be expectant and hope for the best. |

ges2019: Send your email let me give you for free. You be rookie You don't have it The questions are different for everyone They have up to 100 case studies This are case study the company have handled in the past. If you are buying it, you are wasting your time. The way it was arranged The questions are based in a way that each time frame have their own questions. I have seen like 15/20 case studies for those who did last week. So don't give this person your money because you will regret it. |

Wisemann101: Okay thank you. Cause I graduated this year from engineering too. And in the advert, they said graduates yet to serve can also apply. Was just asking to know if I could have hope I would get a test invite or let it go.
Thanks all the same.
Concerning your first question, I graduated 2018 Your second question, I studied Engineering. Boston employs all fields. They don't believe on only accounting or finance graduates can do the job. Everyone are given equal opportunities, may the best be picked.
The test will be in batches, another batch will take place this week.
The person in charge of the Lagos BCG announced it in a zoom meeting.
One question for you, are you about going for your youth service?
I think the job is for people that are done serving already, I might be wrong though. Just be expectant brother The test is in batches with the second batch writing this week. If you applied for the job in the last one week or let's say in the last 1 week plus, you should get an invite this week for the test. All hopes ain't lost. |

Amiscuri: @slyfran06, please when did you graduate and are you above 25 years as some people got invitation mail. I don't think the age is a factor though, people above 25 years got the mail. For now I don't know the criteria they used in sending the mail and why they are putting some people on hold. Reason been that in March mails were sent to everyone that were successful telling them they have been successful to take the test and as soon as the economy gets better, we will get an update. For now we just have to fold our hands and watch how things will all play out. I am just trying to give myself some hope that it won't end the way I am thinking because most cases when placed on hold, it is regret mails that normally follows. As I said earlier, let me fold my hand and see how things will play out. Also I finished 2018 and I am 25 years in case you wanna ask me that. |

casal: The people handling the exams seem to be very lazy humans, they didn't want to do a thorough check before sending invites for test, that's the reason for inviting almost everyone who applied, whether qualified or not. I think such issues will be dealt with appropriately if one scales through the next round.
Over qualified candidate, make them do finish make we see ur appointment letter. See talk o. If u don't know, there are people who won't go tru all this formality test and stages and would still get Ap letter, qualified or unqualified. Don't mind them bro, let them keep complaining. Some won't even do the so called test or stress themselves and they will still get appointment letters. They think it is by being qualified. If you are not happy with the way the process was handled, why not write to them instead of coming here to vent. |
