for me, I'd take creche at my workplace over a nanny. reason being I'm closer to my baby at the creche and I can pop in from time to time to see how he/she is doing...(I'm guessing d nanny will be staying home wt ur baby when u go to work?)

The pain is just too much to bear. I'm barely sleeping at night. As the pains come and go and I'll be sleeping and waking up the same way Nepa gives and takes light. E tire me o! It's keeping dh up at night and na so d Bros de pump coffee for morning b4 he go work.

my prince can suckle for Africa oooooooooooooooooooooo chaiii. he is lucky with the breast cos d way it is flowing ehn is another thing. na true talk say size of breast no matter. Day 2 old,,, my son suckled for 3 hours at a stretch that I was crying. As I was breastfeeding him Dh was feeding me with pap at the same time.

My 5weeks old dd sweats alot even wen everywhere is cold or even wen i only wear her play suit especially on her arm and leg. Please is this normal? I av consulted dr google but nothing helping

My Dr recommended Gestid tablets but he said I should try not t get used to taking it often.....maybe just once in a while. He suggested I eat in small quantities and take a lot of water to aid digestion.

From about 7pm I was in serious pain oh! I tried to endure, but it was impossible as I was able to sSleep in one very awkward position for like 3omins and by midnight I was in so much pain I couldn't help myself. Started crying seriously, Dh woke by 1am saw me crying, said we should go to the hospital, I said no let's wait small. After like 30mins he said dress up let's go, by 2am we got to the hospital, Dr used Doppler to find lo's heartbeat, he was having a hard time. Finally he found d heartbeat but it sounded weak. He had this worried look on his face

Then he scolded me and said why didn't I come to the hospital since yesterday morning. I told him I thought it was lo sitting one kind that's why.
He said hmmmm.. ..it could be ovarian cyst. I'm going to admit you for observation. In the morning I'll send you for scan. In my mind I said I reject it oh

They conducted 3 Doppler scans on me before daybreak. Meanwhile I still de cry oh

Finally 8 am, doctor came, checked me, and said its degenerating fibroid. I was like na it this man say ovarian cyst? Mtcheeeew!

She gave me paracetamol injection for the pain and I did the scan. Lo is fine and was jumping upandan
But him head near the fibroid. Lol

Anyway fibroid is intra uterine and I'm about to be discharged with some pain meds.

Dh and I have been here since 2am so as I de reach house, na sleep sure pass.

Sorry for my long absence, the last week was super stressful but I thank God for his mercies. Good thing is, we got back into Nigeria yesterday and I just handed Ayomide to my sister and I slept like for 5hours straight (first time in 1month) and I drank peppersoup with yam inside im enjoying the pampering.
