Constipation is normal for some people during pregnancy. I have had it since the beginning of my pregnancy but I don't bleed while pooping sha. Just try to poo as often ad u feel like and don't try to hold it back. Take lots and lots of water while eating (and even when ur not eating) and u can try drinking warm water like a few mins b4 u poop...it helps to ease the constipation.

Beans is very very good but some people complain of heartburn...
Stay away from pineapple and pawpaw. I think all other fruits r fine.

pls I want to know if its OK to start cleaning my nipples now(we are 27weeks 2 days).If yes,how?with what? Yes, I started cleaning when i was about 27 weeks but I was advised to clean only once a week (for now). I clean with olive oil and cotton wool.

I have been experiencing intense back ache for some days now esp when I stand or sit but feel better when I lie down.should I be disturbed. How often do you get the back aches?? I notice mine happens when i stress myself or move around a lot. Go easy on the house-chores or anything that will stress you physically

How many of us have weird dreams? Please let's be more prayerful. I have weird dreams and funny ones too.
