My people can IUD(non hormonal) cause irregular menstruation,it was inserted February this yea,since then my flow is so heavy, I went back and was told it is normal,September flow was reduced and I was so glad,but October nothing yet o,I have taken pt and it is negative, should I be worried?

I'm not quite sure about that cos i have an IUD inserted n period comes every month.
