Any age can take ORS, it helps to keep the body hydrated in any event of diarrhoea or stooling.

When Zara was stooling, we were given the already packaged ORS at the hospital. I think its emzor that makes it. Just go to any pharmacy and ask for ORS.
To make the solution, u pour the ORS into 150cl of Eva water, and give 100mls to ur baby anytime she does a watery poop. Discard d solution after 24hrs and make a fresh batch.

Help o!!
My daughter started vomiting yesterday middle of the night and I took her to hospital this morning. Didn’t meet the usual pediatrician but I met another one though. She said it maybe indigestion or urine infection. I promised to bring the urine tomorrow for test. At yesterday no temperature but at the doctors place the temperature was a little bit high even with that doctor didn’t give me any drug but when I got home I gave her calphol syrup to reduce the temp.
Now her poo is kinda whitish(TMI). Scared with what am seeing on google. Although she’s playing nice and I haven’t given her anything apart from breast milk since morning. Just want to give her apple purée now. She’s very light.
Thinking maybe it’s the new menu I gave her yesterday which was oatmeal+banana porridge.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Please calm me down!!. She’s 10month and some weeks

My final word was : to go to the hospital and be blamed for being too eager OR to go to the hospital and be blamed for being too lax.
I'd rather be the over eager mom that rushes to the hospital over every little thing sha.

Gerber rice and banana apple, oatmeal single grain, August secret nuttymeal, mixagrain. For the Gerber, I put one tablespoon in her eating bowl then I add 2scoop of nan2 formula sometimes 1scoop. Then I mix with warm water. She will eat 3small sized spoon only. Then the A.S, I follow the instructions on the pack.

She even doesn't want baby okra soup. I even tried banana and apple puree she refused. But when she sees you with orange her eyes will widen and she starts dragging it.

She's just a few days after 6 months and has been EBF... These things will take time...

Who taught you how to cook ukazi, thought it was my village people's soup. How much tomato and stew do you use to cook the one month stew, what kinda containers do you store them in. I want to start buying meat from these online people cuz buying meat in the market sucks for me cuz I can't price . You people must like beans a lot to eat frozen beans, I wont be cooking that . This actually helps a lot. My parents only eat freshly cooked food so I never learnt to cook in bulk, even when I think I'm cooking big food, it ends up lasting a week max. Me sef I love all my food freshly cooked but I can't survive like that anymore, I'd leave it until when I'm old, retired and jobless

if u wanna buy meat from online ppl, contact iomoge2..she gat a meat biz up and running. tested and trusted (I use her when my mum isn't available to buy meat for me _{me sef no kuku sabi price meat})

How do u cook fresh food everyday? U get strength and time o.
