Its a tricky question and it requires a more tricky answer. From personal experience, all I did was to answer that I will never do anything that will put the company in harm's way. The interviewer asked further to be specific Yes or No but I still maintained my answer.

Even the private firms owned by the northerners don't put them in the helm of their affairs cus of there laxity at work. Join the cycle of unemployed youths or work with the civil service where they are under utilized with pay that can equal their education cost. IMO, this is a step in a right direction. Obviously you are not in tune with the situation in the Nigeria civil service. Osun state has been collecting half salary since july last year and its even so irregular as they re still in April half salary yet they must go to work everyday!

that the crime was perpetuated by cattle rustlers who stole cattle from the real herdsmen is a speculation but the fact remain people caught were herdsmen rearing cattle. It is not the problem of Ekiti state government to help the fulanis deal with their rustling issue as their brother at the top is effectively handling that. However, its the sole duty of the governor to protect his people hence the law. Let everyone deal with their own problem and their will be no longer problem to solve!
