The surgery has to be very strategic. We can't buy players for one system and the next month or year, the system is changing and the players are struggling. This is one of the problems we're facing.

I would also gladly pick Nagelsmann over Howe. He seems to be okay tactically and also appears to have a strong personality - combinational traits that would be critical to our resurgence.

Please o, the season is not over yet. They can still retract their steps and apply the right energy and mentality to the remaining matches. We're not going to win a lot of matches, but the mentality and energy should be very obvious

Of course, it would be difficult as Carrick has been having very light training sessions with them. He focused more on short passes with less running during training and now wants them to be running up and down on match days. How does that make sense?
