Last Year we put up a write up about a Chinese Company (INNER GALAXY STEEL COMPANY ABA) Located at Umuahala, Ahala Ukwu, Obuzor Asa in Ukwa West LGA. Abia State.

This is a company occupying several hectare of land in the above mentioned community, from our investigations so much atrocities going on in this company, workers hired and sacked at will, no offer letter after years on employment, no compensation of any kind, no retirement plans for workers, sexual molestation is the order of the day, once you don't accept to sleep with any of the Chinese you are sacked from there immediately, the condition of work there is terrible, the Nigeria Dormitory and cafeteria is in a mess.


The injured workers are left with several degrees of injury to go and treat themselves without adequate compensation, the Chinese will employ a Nigerian who speaks Chinese and will use him/her to molest and harass the Nigeria direct workers, a Chinese who doesn't know about Human Management and can not speak English will be employed to become a Boss over those Nigerian workers who have been working in this company for long and have the needed experience.

In this company we learnt they have able and qualified Nigerians who can manage things very well but where not given the free hand to do so, indeed we are slaves in our own land, From (Jacky) in Admin to (Bella) in Admin to (Mr. Tan) in Production to another wolf in sheep clothing in Admin (Mr Jia),we call on the Nigeria government to start an immediate investigation into the activities of this Chinese Company.

We have worked there before we were sacked but we still have friends who works there and still gives us info about what is happening there .

.....I Think the writer of this is a PR of this company and was asked to put up this in other to curb the effect of the report, if you want to confirm this pls just go to this company and ask questions about the condition of Nigerians working there compare to their Chinese counterpart......Working are suffering but afraid of saying it so they will not be sack.

Hello my people, my name is Uzor, a fellow Nigerian from the same state this misleading story is emanating. I know this company in question. i have been working in this company over 2 years now. i can categorically tell you that this not the mind of we Nigerian working there. Our relationship with our Chinese colleagues is not that of Master and Slave. This is the only company i know in this country that employ staff based on merit, not looking at your tribe or who brought you for employment (Godfather). The company provides daily meal ticket to all the staff to be used for food prepared by our fellow Nigerians as well. I can tell you that they are not the typical Asian company, in the way they treat their staff, in the way they relate to Nigerians. Before the arrival of this company at Umuahala community, i know how bushy the place was. But now the story is not the same. The place is now a beehive of commercial activities. Unfortunately, the writer of this piece may be a staff who was sacked for indiscipline. Yes, once in a while, there may be industrial accidents, as can happen in the best companies, anywhere in the world. Whenever this happens, the company fulfills its obligation as stipulated in the Labour Laws. Since he did not write his name, we may never know the other side until, perhaps the company volunteers a response. That's why the Social Media is a double-edged sword. Mischief makers can hide under it.

the problem is always be name ....now our President is called PM and we all know that Pm is evening time , this man is already in his PM time and everything about him is PM , no sunshine , no new thing and no new ideals , perhaps we should change his name to AM so we can have a bright new day in this country.....God help us all

Thank u for ur kind advise , but u need to visit this place and see what i'm telling u....the ppl that got injured did not jump into their problem,
they got injured while working, yes we can say it is an accident, now it has happened why not get them treated and give them the best basic amenities, it was as a result of inappropriate work arrangement that resulted to this......they did not jump afflict themselves with this.

Dude, I am a Nigerian with sense. How can I see fire and jump right at it. Furthermore, the moment i realise am in fire, the proper thing is to jump out of it. You have to realize that for the Chinese to operate someone would want to work with them.
My advise to you is to leave the place of work and go and farm. With farmimg people don't have to operate boilers or machines that would chop of their limbs. A word is enough for the wise!!!

I have already copied the Nigeria National Assembly about this dastardly act be perpetuated by these Chinese expatriates in INNER GALAXY STEEL ABA against Nigerians in their land....this place is not Libya , but here workers suffer daily, humiliated, harassed abused in the same company daily, most especially from Mr jacky in HR admin dept and Mr Bob in PRO dept there in the company mentioned above

Never no going in making sure that justice is seen done to those working in this factory.....we will petition the National Assembly and the DPA, telling them how these Chinese Guys Mr. Jacky and Bob are treating our people in their own country

Yea .....I will advise this person to look for another platform that will attack more attention from those in authority, but if the person decides to it in Facebook the person's identify is at stake too

Ofcus urgent action needs to be taken before things get out of hand there
