%85 of all these local drinks sold by ab**is are very very dangerous for human consumption.
Bro... As much as I understand your perspective, some people get coconut head. Ban everything in this life and they'll still find a way. It's not just 'abokis', what of herbal drink sellers? Do we know what some of them use in diluting their herbs?

If no one is buying, they won't sell it.
CrimeRe: Man Selling “Throat-Clearing” Drink Apprehended (Video) by erad(m): 12:26pm On Feb 11
That's not silicone plate, it's Styrofoam. It's a chemical reaction, doesn't prove that the drink is dangerous. Many chemicals in things we consume will react the same way with Styrofoam.

I'm not saying the drink isn't dangerous, but that's a stupid test for anyone to reach a conclusion with.

Oyetola’s Aide Blasts Adeleke Over Collapse of Healthcare in Osun, Accuses Governor of Ineptitude, Dereliction of Duty

Special Adviser to the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency Dr Adegboyega Oyetola, CON, has launched a blistering attack on Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, accusing him of gross ineptitude, dereliction of duty, and the wholesale collapse of primary healthcare and public education across the state.

In a statement he issued on Sunday, the Minister’s aide, Bolaji Akinola, described the current state of Primary Health Care Centres (PHCs) in Osun as a damning indictment of Governor Adeleke’s administration, stressing that no serious government would still be blaming a predecessor more than three years after assuming office.

According to the Minister’s aide, Dr. Oyetola left behind a functional system and a clear development trajectory, noting that the immediate past Governor of the State performed excellently in office, particularly in healthcare reforms, workers’ welfare, and institutional strengthening.

“What Osun people are witnessing today is not inherited failure, but the direct product of Adeleke’s incompetence and lack of capacity to govern,” the statement said. “Healthcare in Osun has deteriorated rapidly under his watch, while his inept and underperforming Commissioner for Health, Jola Akintola, appears more interested in issuing excuses than delivering results.”

The Minister’s aide noted that despite huge financial resources and statutory allocations available to the state since Adeleke assumed office over three years ago, PHCs remain abandoned, poorly staffed, and ill-equipped, while rural communities are left without access to basic medical care.

He added that the situation in public education is equally dire, with acute shortages of teachers across schools in the state, overcrowded classrooms, and declining learning standards, describing it as a complete reversal of gains made under the Oyetola administration.

“The present government of Osun State has destroyed both the healthcare and education systems it inherited,” the statement declared. “Instead of governance, Osun now has a circus of theatrics, blame-shifting, propaganda, and administrative laziness.”

Akinola further pointed to a growing wave of public anger and dissatisfaction across Osun State, saying residents in every part of the state are united in frustration over what he called the “Adeleke’s failure to justify being in the government house for three years.”

“Osun people are yearning for change,” he said. “They are tired of excuses, tired of media stunts, and tired of an administration that has nothing tangible to show for over three years in office.”

He warned that no amount of misinformation or attempts to scapegoat former officials would save Ademola Adeleke from the political consequences of his record.

“Come August 8, Adeleke will face the people, Akinola stated. “And the verdict will be clear and brutal: the worst electoral defeat of his political life — earned squarely by his own ineptitude and failure to govern.”
Lol... Which Healthcare has been destroyed in Osun?

The same Adeleke that introduced solar power to all primary health centres in the state?

You can only lie to people not living in osun state, and thank God they won't be the ones to vote.

Other administrations built roads and did it with a sense of duty, no insulting the opposition or trying to unneccesarily justify why it is needed.

Government by noise making.
When other administrations were there, they hyped theirs exactly the same way.

Over half of your response is filled with tantrums. Very typical of an empty vessel that can't come up with valid arguments to support his points.

So to you, police must wait for autopsy before making a statement on the incident? You obviously don't know how long it takes to conduct an autopsy.

Look, there is no police case that is totally new under the sun. For this incident, it's any one of Co2 poisoning, food poisoning, triple suicide, or murder.
&There will always be clues ruling out /pointing to any one of these.
So it should not take more than 48hrs to issue a statement on any of these possibilities, while carrying out further investigations.

But our Police will typically not issue a statement but only say that "investigations are on-going", then arrest as many people as possible directly & remotely connected to the incident, which translates to more extortion money, because BAIL IS FREE is only on paper.

Aside incompetence, one reason they don't make any initial statement, is to allow room to manipulate the eventual outcome of investigations in favour of someone with deep pockets.

Little wonder many Nigerians don't have faith in our Police, because they fail to so the needful & naive folks like you don't see anything wrong with their actions or inactions.
You sound stupider with every response. Like I said, you watch too much crime series and have no idea how real life works.

This is my last response to you, I've indulged your ignorance enough.

He could have done more damage by granting the interview than this cowardly way he's going about it. Unfortunately the dedicated enemies of Nigeria will start praising him without realizing how cunning his approach is.

It's like a judge giving judgement in the absence of the accused when he could have confronted the accused with facts and prove his judgment is free of bias.

GanagiBitrus:
You no sabi English. huh
I said "possible" causes of death.

In cases like this, police usually have leads to possible or likely causes of death, based on initial evidences on ground.

They can make statements like: we are investigating possible food poisoning, or possible carbon monoxide poisoning, or possible murder.

Or they can make statement ruling out foul play.

They don't just say nothing. That's sign of not being on top of their game.
Lol... You're doubling down on stupidity. How does the nonsense you wrote up there make any sense to you?

Possible cause of death still makes no sense without an autopsy or preliminary investigation. Lol. Una don too watch crime and investigation series. Real life does not work that way even in "saner climes".

No police force in this world will tell you possible cause of death without first getting a report from the coroner's office no matter how "on top of their game" they are. Seems you don't understand the sensitivity of issues like this.

Rest abeg.
