Whether it's toxic and stupid is no one's business. Freedom of choice is entrenched in the constitution and is one of the major tenets of democracy. You can't claim to be in support of democracy, yet have a problem with people's choice especially when it's political. You may not like it but it's their choice and it's their constitutional right. Just because I don't like a movie you are watching on your phone does not mean I'll prevent you from watching the movie, as long as it's not infringing on my rights.

The joys of democracy are also the biggest disadvantages of democracy. It gives everyone a choice and voice , especially the stupid ones and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

That's the reason education is the most important approach now. Being aggressive and insultive, no matter how right or politically correct you are will only drive people away from your truth and into the crosshairs of those paid to manipulate.

That's the joy of democracy. They have a right to shout anybody they want regardless of how you feel about it.
