Also, there's no proof she was below the age of consent when they started and even if she was and she says they didn't start till after she was 18, no one can counter that. It's a very tricky situation where nothing is clear except what you're told by those directly involved.

Guy, I really want to believe you genuinely don't understand how it works.

I'll give you an illustration. I'm a big pharma and I do all my trials and all and release a drug. Now I know my drug is safe, definitely not 100% safe even for normal people because there will be people that will have side effects. I write all possible side effects and put a disclaimer. Part of the disclaimer is also that it's not recommended for pregnant women, not because there's any direct proof that it will harm the baby but because if there's any side effect, it might not affect the mother only plus the mother might even use something else with it that may cause a reaction.

Tylenol wrote that disclaimer with no idea about autism or their drug having a possible link to autism. They wrote it to be legally protected in case a mother has a side effect that affects the baby. Every drug does the same especially drugs specifically for pregnanct women and even on those, they'll write that if you feel funny after using it, you should visit your doctor immediately. It's a legal safety net for them.
