Job Profile The Lead Pharmacist is responsible for the efficient operation of the hospital pharmacy. Provide a highly specialized clinical service to all wards and departments in accordance with professional, departmental and Hospital policies. This will include: i. Attendance on consultant or other senior doctors’ ward rounds to advise on appropriate medicines use. ii. Taking drug histories on admission from patient’s, their relatives or general practitioners. iii Independently reviewing patients’ prescriptions and medication to ensure safe and effective use and deciding upon treatment options with the responsible medical staff. iv. Formulation of individual pharmaceutical care plans. v. Review and update of care plans depending on response, results of Investigations and adverse effects. vi.Therapeutic drug monitoring for specific drugs. Educating and independently advising patients on the purpose of safe and effective use of their medicines including those patients who are anxious and emotionally distressed. vii Develop evidence based treatment protocols for use within the Hospital. viii Facilitate implementation of local and national guidelines where appropriate. ix Informing medical and nursing staff regarding any inappropriate or dangerous use of medicines and ensuring timely remedial action. x Documenting advice and interventions within patients’ case notes in a manner that demonstrates professional accountability. xi Resolve highly complex or contentious pharmaceutical care issues using an advanced level of clinical reasoning and judgment. xii Other duties as assigned. Key Requirements Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from a relevant university is Compulsory. Must have previously worked or currently works in a private Hospital. About Company Our client, is a wholly indigenous multi-disciplinary firm of consulting architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers. Incorporated in 1980 with a total Paid-up share capital of N500, 000,000.00. The company now seeks to hire an Electrical Engineer to drive its recent projects. Job Description : Responsible for managing critical data center facilities and evaluate existing infrastructure, electrical systems for critical data operations, transformers, generators, switchgears, ats units, pdu, crac units, and chilling towers. Handling lv system, dg selection, and elevator section. Having mep management function experience for at least one complete life cycle project. Designing electrical systems as per project requirement. Ensure budgeting of service packages as per project requirements. Locate and develop vendors of various services. Prepares detailed working designs by coordinating with the design team. Deals with consultants, statutory bodies and licensing authorities. Responsible for testing & commissioning of high/medium/low voltage power supply, lighting, earthing, lighting protection, fire alarm, emergency power and stand by generators. Manage vendor contracts. To review all site procedures, to safeguard the interest and to ensure proper implementation for design. Desired Candidate Profile : A person with the highest level of personal integrity with a very good interpersonal and a demonstrated track record. A system oriented and technology savvy professional will be preferred. Should possess a minimum of 8 years’ experience in high profile construction projects, residential and commercial complexes.
