nedu666:helinues is a stark illiterate. Why do you bother responding to him. Is it only in Nigeria Nestle has branches? Why is the situation not same in other countries in africa where they exist? Why are all multinationals leaving Nigeria after making millions of homes millionaires in dividends, salaries, sponsorships and above all, revenues to the federal government in taxes over 5 decades of their existence in Nigeria? Guiness started this way before they left for another african country to establish. I don't see them coming back again and that's a huge loss to the Nigerian government in revenues and the labour force in general. I doubt the illiterate is aware that the federal government is struggling to pay salary now cos of depleted revenues. Guiness, Nestle etc are huge tax payers. The pre tax loss would have a huge negative effect on the federal government's revenues meaning, more difficulty in paying federal workers and meeting their fiscal and budgetary obligations. |
helinues:SMH for your warped post. This simply confirms the level of illiteracy among Tinubu's supporters. No Jupiter needs to ask why Nigeria is in such a mess under him today |
KnowledgePower7:Better said. Tinubu and wike keep setting bad precedent, while the judiciary is backing them. Time will tell |
My friend took this dangerous route in 2005. He was so lucky to have made it to Germany. The canoe he was travelling in nearly capsized due to over-crowd. He spent some years in Italy before moving to Germany. |
African blood is so strong. It runs on musk's veins. Everyone would live together happily in same compound. Even oyinbos wan try am but cos of their weird laws, they always dodge it by having baby mamas . |
OgundeleT:wow!. Please where is it located precisely? You know there are many oro towns, iludun, ijomu, okerimi, okeola, etc. I must visit there on my next trip to kwara. Tnx |
Mrfixiit:Have you been to the entire Ogun state before? Not Abeokuta alone cos there's nothing much there. I'm not a fan of the apc or the failed ogun governor, FYI. I have a base in phc and we work in rivers. Ogun can comfortably be ahead of rivers but they squander the money just like they do in delta |
Mrfixiit:Yes, ogun is ahead of rivers but with nothing to show. There are many great industries in ogun state. That lies their strength. Lagos IGR is a collective effort of all the Nigerians resident and doing business in lagos, likewise the FCT so, don't feel bad if your state isn't on the list. Their indigenes may be part of those boosting our IGR cos they earn their living here . I give kudos to Oyo which is 100% indigenous in nature. Makinde na man |
EmperorCaesar:I like him too. But the contract scandal under the ministry of humanitarian whatever, involving the company he ceased to be a director as our constitution demands for any political office holder before they are appointed made me reserve my liking him. He really disappointed many. He blatantly denied the company despite the obvious, maybe to save his job. It shouldn't have happened in the first place and he can't swear by whatever he believes in, that he knew nothing about the contract. I hope it doesn't happen again. |
APOPTOSIS:Only you? . Haba |
My late mum used to talk about ile orę męta in oro back in the days, built before independence by 3 wealthy friends from oro. People used to come from far and near to see the 3 houses built next to one another. I hope the buildings are still there, standing. Anytime I visit that side, I'd love to visit the place. Baba jakande's parents were from Igbomina hope you guys knowSadly, Nigerians don't keep such ironic monuments for the posterity |
Let's kuku cancel judiciary then. They're as useless as rags. They used to be a pinnacle which upheld our constitution and the nation at large. They were known as the hope of the common man. APC came and infected them with corruption and they too grabbed it. Imagine a justice defying orders of the judiciary . No wonder buhari and tinubu with their allies are disobeying court orders. Yahaya bello remains untouchable till today. What's happening to Nigeria sef? |
Exceed15:I agree bro. But before you do that, make sure you have had something tangible in place, to fall back on, back home before you invite them over. I hear a lot cos I'm well travelled and I trained there as well. If you had nothing here before you invite her and children, the Lord will be your strength. There's There's a woman in TX, a few years older than me. Her husband invited her, enrolled her to study nursing and paid all the expensive fees. They're no more together as I speak. She's super rich now and said she'd be a custodian to their 4 children. The guy has nothing. He spent all his savings on her education, no man can love his wife more that he's done. Love your wife and children but please invest home. |
Including Tinubu's airlines. They're still owing me my return flight ticket to lagos till today. Each time I call for a refund, they keep saying they'd soon resume operations , since 2017 |
Benbellamor:I doubt you followed the story. There were some terms he didn't sign to, which included the defection to the apc as he said he'd need to consult those who voted him, the rivers people first. That's smartness. This angered the law makers who had already openly announced their defection into the apc ahead of that agreement. They said he played them when Fubara said he'd not defect, that the pdp voted him and not the apc. It's also not in the interest of rivers cos such an arrangement would have only benefited one person among the millions of rivers people. That person is wike, the selfish and greedy man. Be that as it may, the so-called agreement isn't backed by any construction, be it that of the party(because fubara is pdp, the apc cant punish him) or that of the FRN. Fubara has wike's balls. His tribe is the largest in rivers and they're solidly behind him. Only ikwere isn't enough a tribe to deal with fubara. Don't also forget there are pdp loyalists who hail from there as well. Apc and illegalities are 5 and 6 |
Anither563:It's called fake news. A mega party is coming . Look out for Obi to lead. People are wiser now. |
LegacyB:That's the calibre of leaders we currently have at the helms, sadly. I'm not sure his ordinary self was intact when making that comment. He must have been under the influence of something I won't mention here, when uttering that bunkum |
Pa Onanuga should just keep quiet jare. Chochocho on top nothing. Even Umahi has been receiving knocks on his head by the NAss. Umahi said no money to fix roads, l'obatan. I didn't know the meaning of T-pain until when I travelled to ekiti , my maternal grandma's state the upper week. The state of the roads was worrisome, with trailers stuck in the middle of the road. There's a town called Itawure, shortly after Efon Alaaye. From that place down to Aramoko is terribly bad. It's not passable at all. Meanwhile there's a billboard of the governor asking for a vote for a 2nd time everywhere. My SUV really suffered. Vehicles abandoned that road for okemesi-ikoro-ijero axis, very long a road. I wonder what the offence of the indigenes of ekiti is, for voting the governor and his party apc, to deserve such punishment. Thank God they're in power else, you'd have been seeing Billboards with THIS IS A FEDERAL ROAD, PLEASE BEAR WITH US writing at each kilometre. Who would they now hold responsible for their failure to fix ordinary road? Ekiti state governor should bury his shame and approach Fayose and ask how he did it in his time by fixing ekiti fed and state roads, even as an opposition governor. Abi e too wan save money to build university in Ghana? God is watching. |
franchasofficia:You have a point there but I differ on the Lagos investment issue. Let me tell you one thing, not only igbos are being intimidated in Lagos as far as property is concerned by tribalists who are loyal to tinubu. We have our own long tales too. If you're not with Tinubu, you're on your own in Lagos. Go to landmark and see. I know of 2 fellow yorubas, whose property were destroyed but a religous house along that axis was spared cos the wolii knows Tinubu. Tinubu's empire won't be for long. It will end someday, either by natural cause or as God wishes. That your village too isn't safe bro. You may invest in your state capital in your region instead, where nobody knows anyone. My uncle, Pa jakande welcomed everyone into lagos and built the foundations of the modern day lagos, which Tinubu hijacked during elections and used to campaign, even taking the glory of all those who governed lagos long before him. So, Lagos wasn't the way it is now under Tinubu's grip in the past and that's why we are this prosperous. Broda, you can still own property in lagos. Lagos is a safe haven for investment, even if we break up(which is inevitable) your property is secured here. Just be sure you do your search before rearing your head. Tinubu and his allies think they own lagos. They should go and ask late pa Jakande of blessed memory how many houses he owned. Despite owning just one house and a car, he still died eventually. In like-manner, they too will become history someday and their past will continue to haunt their generations. Ultimately, they'd account for their wickedness at their afterlife. |
Exceed15:Sadly, if you keep them in Nigeria, they'd think you're doing silly stuffs over there. The pressure they'd mount on you go even make you succumb. Meanwhile, many of them had a motive inside of them. I visited a friend in NY during my stay in June. He moved into the US around 2017. He had secured his green card and currently erecting a big mansion in lagos. He told me he wouldn't have been able to achieve half of what he had today, had he succumbed to his wife's pressure of relocating with him. This guy lives in one room apartment with a shared kitchen, toilet and sitting room with his neighbours. He'd have rented at least, 2 bed apartment at a huge sum, paid for kids care . Though public schools are free but there are hidden fees, which you can't avoid in schools. You'd work your heart out and in the end, with little to show for it. I told him to still keep his wife in Nigeria until after he's done with his house and hotel projects in Nigeria otherwise, he'd have himself to blame. I had a neighbour who recently moved with her husband with 3 kids after a long wait for their immigrant visa approval. The husband was living in one bed apartment in Bronx before the family came. Just last week, the man was saying he had been going through stress already. He said the last time he was so stressed whas when he was in Nigeria with his wife of nearly 18 years. He said she has never changed. This lady pressurised him for 5 good years despite coming home every year to see them and spending 2 good weeks each time. I told him to deal with it. She's barely 2 months in America and she's started asking for a car of her own already. She's not even gotten a job yet. |
If you have Christ and you truly believe in Him, you don't need to worry cos heaven is an eternal place. We humans aren't meant to be here perpetually. When my mum passed early this year, it gave me a rethink about life in general. I was so happy she prayed till her last breath. She was known for that while she was alive. I was home one evening, not knowing she had gone. She gave me a sign in the evening. I was so scared, thinking a ghost had invaded our house. She did same to one of my siblings who resides outside lagos. The confirmation of her being in a good place as received gave me joy. If you're not scared of sleep, you shouldn't be scared of death cos sleep is like a younger brother of death. The difference is the fact that, you still have life inside of you. You don't know what happens once you're asleep. Many had passed on from their sleep. Had they known they'd die that way, they'd have always been offside of sleep. Live your life in the fear of God and kindness to humanity. You'd be fine ultimately. |
It's rather demeaning, not satanic. Its a white culture we're borrowing. I didn't do that to my wife. In our culture, you woo your woman with your mouth while standing. |
Seefinish:Which good news? Did you read the news post at all? People can't buy fuel anymore due to high cost of petrol. Marketers dont dictate how much a petrol should sell, NNPCL and the FG do. If Marketers can't continue to run on diesel 12 hrs daily , pay their staff because customers aren't coming to buy petrol which they had in large volume underground, what do you think would happen? They're a business-oriented entity too, hope you know. It's just like you operating a restaurant where customers aren't coming to buy your food. How would you make sales, how do you keep the employed staff? The federal government has failed the populace, simple. Marketers can't sell beyond the approved price per liter, though some do that outside the south west which is justifiable due to transport cost. |
In the past week alone, I spent over 150k to fuel my car, though I travelled to oyo and ogun states on 2 different occasions That's huge man! Tinubu don scatter tinz but we warned them. |
udemzyudex:Your comments were already riddled with insults, right from the first one and that simply confirms your maturity and civility level. I only asked you a simple question in response to your post and gbam...the insults. Till now, you've still not responded . |
udemzyudex:What did your dictionary say? . |
udemzyudex:Pls do me a favour. Open your dictionary and find the meaning of the word illegally . I hope that won't be too difficult for you to do. The answer will put your arguement to rest |
flyinnizam:So, Biden is lying? Sadly, some of the Nigerians living in the usa who have suddenly become advocates of legal immigration once entered America illegally before adjusting their status, which became successful. Hypocrites everywhere. Musk entered America with the intention of schooling but violated the visa rules by working illegally and became absent from the school? Why not apply for a work visa from his home country instead? A lot of people do this but it's illegal. You can't be an advocate of legality when you know you did the opposite at a time. Trump's camps are full of people of controversial characters, including those supporting or defending him |
LACK OF FAITH should be the topmost reason. I had shared my story here severally. I married in one room with a detached kitchen outside the building. I was the one who painted the room myself cos no money to hire a painter. My salary was like nothing. My wife agreed to my decision and this part is very important. Most ladles nowadays want a guy who lives in a 2 bed apartment or they encourage them to rent one, before marriage. Most men always set standards that do not exist for themselves hence, the delay in marriages. My story is similar to that of Bishop oyedepo who chose to marry with his VW beetle because I didn't even have a bike, talkless of a car. Don't welcome friends into your little beginnings cos they'd advise you wrongly. The moment we received the go-ahead from 2 different pastors who didn't know each other, that God was in support of our marriage, we didn't bother to hesitate about the future. We called a few people and headed for a church. Today, all I can say is thank God for His faithfulness. I've been to places where the kids of the rich can't get to. I've never read or heard on this platform that seyi tinubu or Buhari's or obasanjo's or Jonathan's children had been invited by the American or Japanese presidents into a meeting or gathering the way I had been invited. I don't need to stress myself over visa to enter any of the so-called powerful countries. While others are struggling to book an appointment, all I need do is send a mail or do a phone call and it's done, all glory to God, my creator who remains faithful. I sent my technician to one of them recently after seeing on their website that the earliest appointment date is somewhere in 2025. All I did was email them and that was all. I got a confirmation via email backed with a phone call from them. That's how far God can move, if you have faith. Sadly, the so called Christians today would see a girl or guy and tie the knot ,without praying for compatibility and before you know it, the marriage has hit the rock...you'd now be hearing marriage na scam, who told you that? I fasted and prayed, we also engaged men of God who saw same revelation about our marriage before we concluded. Who does that nowadays? They said fair ladies didn't match my star that I shouldn't near them and I waited patiently until I got my colour, same applies to fair ladies whose star doesn't match that of a dark guy. How many Christians take note of all these before rearing their heads? No marriage is perfect. I was told some things about her as revealed by God before I married her which weren't any serious issues. They manifested as revealed but with God's intervention, we overcame it In marriage, material things are never a factor. God is the only factor and once He says go ahead, just be happy cos you'd get it right ultimately. |
That's the consequence of the stupidity of some millions of Nigerians in the last election. This will linger for the next 3 years and beyond, sadly. I pity whosoever that will take over from the over-hyped tinubu. He has to be a super strategist with a strong economic team to heal the seriously ailing nation. Yesterday, IMF denied asking Nigerians to remove subsidy. The other day, they also denied the Tinubu's policy of floating of the naira. If they ask our politicians to kill their people, they won't hesitate, so long as it will benefit them. Tinubu should eat his humble pie by approaching Jonathan on how he built up a formidable economic team across the ethnic groups in Nigeria, who saved us from the global economic meltdown years back. We only heard of businesses collapsing and people committing suicide with companies filing for bankruptcy on the tv and newspapers. We never experienced it rather, our GDP kept soaring. Na dis enter apc gang for eye. All what the Jonathan administration enjoyed, including oil boom is being enjoyed by the Tinubu-led administration with nothing to show. They even removed subsidy which they stopped Jonathan from achieving but with nothing to show. Sadly, some Nigerians are stark illiterates, including those who claimed to have passed through the universities. Illiteracy of the mind is the worst of all kinds. We are so gullible in Nigeria and soon forget that, when the chips are down, na everyone go collect wotowoto. What's the outcome of the TAM at the phc refineries today ? After deceiving you 4 times of the refineries operations kick off, NNPCL said yesterday that the TAM had failed . Where're the subsidy palliatives of last year may, as announced by Tinubu? Shebi they've started singing the be patient with us song again like buhari did and destroyed our economy? You'd still fall for this again. Last week, seun asked sanwoolu on channels tv of the update on the 4th mainland bridge which they used to campaign every 4 years and he said, no money . We're in it together so, keep falling for their lies. |
How this guy got back to office remains a mystery |
