God1000:Losing in battleground states where republicans are the dominant, most expecially. The assassination attempt didn't promote Trump's popularity for too long, sadly |
Ikaeniyan0:But it can remove a ruling president. The message ahead of 2027 is clear. That's what the protest has been able to achieve. That's the greatest problem this protest has also solved. If you like, give the north who gave Tinubu a consolatory vote last year 1m naira each, they'd never make same mistake again, likewise those hit by the current regime of hunger nationwide |
External forces are the main reasons Nigeria remains stagnated, followed by corruption. They truly know once we begin to get it right, we will become threats to the entire world in development. We also have the best of climate apart from vast human and natural resources God has blessed us with. We can all see how Nigerians are doing great in the diaspora in all human endeavours, including smartest of crimes loool. Before anyone can breach their technology and still outsmart them, that person must definitely be super intelligent. They know. Imagine they use same brain to do great positive things. Unfortunately, our leaders are so blind to all these. We also have the population, to cap it all. |
brain54:Obi first opened up their nyash before the sudden burning of vessels caught in the act to avert justice |
True fasting and fervent prayers remain the only sure procedure |
ForValour:I believe, 💯. God can spare a multitude because of jist one man or woman. Let me share a testimony here but before I do,.may God punish me if what I'm gonna say is a lie....cos people always think some stories are cooked up, especially the so called atheists. The event was one of those God had saved me out of by His infinite mercy. Some years back, I dreamt I boarded a flight and in that dream it's like the plane crashed and everyone was buried in a secluded area in a thick forest, just the way they do mass burial at every plane crash spot or arcade. I saw white pegs bearing each passenger's name on top of the crash site in that lonely forest. I was to travel to Abuja a couple of days later. I woke up and began to rebuke any form of plane crash on my way in prayer. After I finished praying, I went back to sleep. On the d-day, I travelled for business. On my way back aboard aero contractors propeller aircraft, barely 20 minutes in the air, something I had never experienced in my almost 15 years of flying happened. It wasn't galloping at all. The plane was coming down suddenly as if the engine had stopped , people shouted Jesuuuus, Muslims were shouting alahuakbarrrrr. See pandemonium. There was a military officer behind me who faced down and put his two hands in his head cos of fear. The woman beside him held the man tightly, as if the end had come. I couldn't think of anything else at that moment. Suddenly, the plane picked up again and it began to ascend into the sky. Till we got to lagos, that military man couldn't face up. Had it not been revealed beforehand and I prayed to God about it, I'd have been long forgotten by now. God can avert a danger lying ahead, just because of one person. |
Cmanforall:...the reason is corruption. If those who made it could tell you what they went through, including bribing,.you'd weep for Nigeria. |
Melagros:Leadership says it all. If she's Ghanaian, she'd not have been treated same way, talkless being an American competing in SA |
FreeStuffsNG:What of those in her shoes but still chose Nigeria like our football players? What of the hammer throwing lady who won silver for America who's a typical black whose both parents are Nigerian? She came home to represent us but was dropped because she couldn't afford the money they're asking her to pay? The problem isn't about being a half caste or full blooded Nigerian but corruption in the system. I wish yemisi was a Nigerian doing us proud when she won that feat. I watched her live. We are almost 300m in population. The majority of us can actually do much better. Tobi amusan made me believe so. But with the corruption in the system, it will never happen..thanks to God tobi went to school in America on scholarship. Her destiny would have been ruined here. |
TimeManager:Nothing to Kiss here. It's full of lies. Do you know how much apc alone borrowed in 8 years? Why did you dodge that fact? Obasanjo met 28bn usd loan obtained by the previous administration and paid a whopping 10bm out of it when crude was sold for less than 50usd. That's great achievement for Nigeria. If not for his monetisation policy, Nigeria would have collapsed by now. Crude is selling well now yet, nothing to show, but extravagant lifestyle of Tinubu buying yacht and presidential jets here and there. Every government borrows but what you do with it and the result matter. The electricity you and I are enjoying today, which your mentors said obj wasted Nigeria money on, wouldn't have been there. How many power plants did the apc build, compared to that of obj? This is the truth you need to kiss. For your information, the loan taken by Buhari alone can't be liquidated in 2 decades. This is the truth you should kiss and not that fake and bias post you put up. When buhari took office, he was busy blaming Jonathan, the man who left a robust economy for them which they ended up squanderig, for the Nigeria's economic woes. Now, Tinubu is blaming buhari, an apc past president. Isn't this wonderful? What a confused set of people and their supporters . As if he wasn't the one who went and picked him from his house to rule Nigeria, as if he didn't tell buhari to print more currency which had further reduced the value of the naira. I didn't call Tinubu's supporters illiterate without veritable reasons. Your post is one of the reasons. Tinubu was governor when the loan for Lagos Metropolitan Development and Governance mentioned in the news piece was taken. It wasn't as if the then FG ate it. Obj touched every region in development unlike that we see today. |
Chinkoalhaji34:Anyone who knows dangote should advise him to keep ordering crude from abroad as he's been doing without disappointment. The government of the day will stop at nothing to frustrate him. I smelt rat the moment they said they'd supply him crude. In the spirit of patriotism, dangote did well by accepting the idea but it's a move to frustrate him. Remember he said his petrol would flood the market this month? What happened next was faultng the quality of his diesel and needless attacks because they knew dangote would end their shady deals and fake subsidy payment. I don't see that plan of flooding our market with petrol this August possible, with this deliberate delay. It's their game plan. And after failing to meet up, they'd be the same to fault him and say he can't be trusted ![]() |
Apc and wastage eeh |
chidiakwari:Haha. I remember Omo-Ikirodah last year. Always hyping oshio baba. They are always paid to do the show. May the best candidate win |
Shawarmagirl:I got you. Apc bots plenti here |
Abagworo:I agree with you on the salary. The guy doesn't make noise but his achievement speaks. Don't expect any apc supporters to like him. He's taken their food off the table. You know what happens when you remove the baby's cake from his/her hand? That's how they feel right now. |
Shawarmagirl:Pot calling kettle black ![]() |
Tell Nigerians the truth, how? If someone that fell down and hit the concrete floor like a bag of cement due to old age could come to the open and say he was only doing dobalę as a yoruba boy, which truth can come out of his mouth? |
Oshokhai69:Another olodo,.making 2 |
Ishilove: . They were actually two type, the metal torch light and the plastic one. Cos of durability, parents preferred to buy the metal one for their wards. It's also transferable to younger ones |
2RightHands1Coc:That's the nick name they call them in their clubs. They preach like Taribo did as a player. Awoniyi said he'd go into full time ministry on retirement |
Olatara:You're a liar. It doesn't happen that way. Saying she said it's painful alone has cast doubt on the veracity of your fake post |
fineberry:You're right. Dangote in America would've been worshipped for contributing immensely to their economy. Nigerian leaders are destiny killers. See the way they're dragging him, including the man accused of having a blending plant in Malta, cos of their selfish interest? |
Vergovert:A better ki o baa yo fun orile ede Germany cos she's not Nigerian. Nigeria had failed many of them . Those shining and raising foreign countries flag high just refused to allow their star to be buried ni. Our corrupt leaders are destiny killers and star wasters. Just look at what they've turned the masses into. |
That's it. When you don't value what you have others will snatch and utilise it. The lady who won silver in the ongoing paris olympics on hammer throw for America granted an interview in which she said the AFN frustrated her when she came to represent Nigeria and she went back to America to represent them. They've messed up our dear country with corruption. I wonder where they're taking the money to. God have mercy |
Amuluonyenaego:You just swore in vain, smh! ..what wouid you say of the likes of Prince Boateng, Bukayo Saka, Noni Madueke, Taiwo Awoniyi,Carney Chukwuemeka, Olivier Giroud,Mykhailo Mudryk, just to mention a few? Did they play football in mungo park days too? Were they preaching and sharing tracts due to side hustles? Olodo. All of them are walking the path of Taribo west already, the way he used to do when playing for super eagles in those days, after which he went into full time ministry at the end of his career. |
They'd soon deny it and call it a communal clash as usual. Useless government. Isn't it high time we broke away from these animals? When their counterparts are making their countries proud at the ongoing paris Olympics,.they're busy knifing innocent souls I wish the benue people could start manufacturing gun locally since they've neem abandoned to their fate by the govt. |
Nice. The list is incomplete without a torch light with Tiger head batteries

slim75d:Nigeria is a super corrupt nation. My American friend once told me Nigeria was almost 300m in population by their findings. That was in 2022. How we can't get the best out of 300m population becomes a mystery. All they're interested in is how to steal. Mention a child of both present and former political appointees and office holders who are doing well globally despite attending the best schools abroad with stolen money? You'd never find any. The majority of those doing well globally today, setting records and rewriting history are the children of the poor and upright. I had a relation back in the days whose performance was better than that of asisat osohala. Her name is taiwo. She used to train with men inside liberty stadium and dribble all of them. The day her coach wanted to enlist her in the national team, she was asked to bring 200k. It's like 2m naira now. They raised a little but they still rejected it and dropped her. In another country, they'd accept her with open arms. I remember emanuel Adebayor who was also dropped cos of corruption. Femi Ogunode, that ondo sprinter, who represented Qatar is still fresh in the memory. Obikwelu in atlanta too. The freshest is the lady who won silver for America in the ongoing frame Olympic games. She said she came home but was asked to pay a ridiculous amount for testing and she went back and applied to represent America. Have you ever wondered why the NFF always prefers traveling to Europe to looK for players instead of developing and training local breeds, some of whom are better than the so called pros? It's because they know they can pay any amount for a jersey. Okocha, ohenhen, ugbade, ogaba, yekini, lawal, mutiu aka Mr headmaster were all sourced locally when Nigeria was still good. If I were Nigerian president, I'd engage private body in our sports. In that case, we can get the best to represent us and do well. I see nothing sopecial in what those they celebrate globally today are doing which we can't do. Our boxer who won a medal in past Olympics was a street boy at Alagbado. He went into AIT and he was promoted by late dokpesi. He won a medal for us. |
Kurugu92:One of Africa's corrupt officials. Okocha will be shaking his head now |
LagosPrince:Why respond to ObiPandora? I do not call Tinubu's supporters illiterates for no reason. The girl isn't even ibo |
Philipponzaghi:Sadly, many of us don't teach our children the language anymore. Oyibo ni, kuraaa ![]() |
Smartgeek:I'm telling you. Our girls committed more fouls, their throw-ins weren't also accurate. We'd have leveled up the 14 points. They really gave the usa a great fight with amazing defence. Good luck to them next time |
