Coast is becoming clearer. Everyone is scared right now, including loyalists of atiku in the adc. All Kwakwanso's supporters, same people in the north who voted him at the 2015 apc primaries without being bribed, in which he got vote numbers close to Buhari who came first whike atiku who bribed heavily came 3rd and left apc afterwards, had been said to be ready to queue behind the OK ticket at the adc primaries. Not even atiku dollar reign will save him this time. |

TokoEkambi:and where were you when the same ibos voted obj, a yorubaman twice ? They saved him in his first term while we massively voted falae who didn't get anywhere? I'm wiser now. Tribalism is a disease. Apart from Lagos, which states in our region didn't vote tinubu? |
Mopolchi:This is a proof of moles in party working for the apc else, he'd not be saying that openly. Or he belongs to the atiku camp but seeing the handwriting on the wall, he became jittery just like others. They never believed kwankwaso would ever defect to the ADC. They're all afraid of obi. If Kwakwanso could trash atiku ahead of the 2015 apc primaries in which buhari came first, atiku is a featherweight in the north. He's only banking on some greedy southerners ni. OBI/KWAKWANSO is a sure ticker. No shaking. |
Uncle Doherty will be the happiest man today |
The man of the people, I doff my cap sir |
Sanwoolu is a sheer comedian with no single reputation at his disposal. Go and ask mudasiru obasa. If hamza is mistakenly endorsed by the so-called GAK...let me not say what would rattle the apc supporters bragging from outside our state on what would befall the apc here. They should invite Ambode, in their best interest. |
Temptation147:Hmmm. Im not surprised. That's life for you. I remember a day someone saw Pa Awo statue in Ikeja at agidingbi junction and said dad, who's that and his dad said a notable politician. Everyone's history will be like this someday, including our greedy politicians punishing the poor today. Only whatever we've done in contributing to the earth positively will remain. Adesoye's short cake biscuit served me well, with a bottle of solo coke in those undergraduate years. May his soul RIP |
This Deji must be very stupid. When the GSM first came, they said poor people wouldn't be able to afford it but within a year, pepper sellers got one, likewise beggars. In the 90s, a financial group said Nigeria was not ripe for atm cos thieves would always buggle it and take people's money away, but what happened next? Why not provide the 24hrs electricity first and see if Nigerians will be able to afford it or not. In my area at alimosho, we're under 33" we've been enjoying 24 hrs power supply for nearly 20 years until recently when the supply became epileptic. Next to the estate where I live is a community, comprising low cadre people and artisans. There's a woman who operates a pepper grinding machine. She's always busy from morning till evening. Once its 7pm, alhaja would tell you that you're late so people always get there ahead of time. She enjoys same 24hrs electricity supply. Due to constant light, pure water companies,.nylon or celophene companies, even welding companies bombarded the community. They pay their nepa dues cos they appreciate its importance. There's also a furniture guy in that community that I know. He moved into his house near Ifo 3 years ago but still keeps his shop. He comes all the way from ifo to operate it Deji should just shut his parrot mouth. Nigerians can afford any service, provided its available and sustainable. Does he even know how much people spend on solar and it's maintenance in their various homes? Iya alata has a solar in her shop, powering fridge and apartment and charges her phone too. Deji should run a trip to Benin republic. He will retract his statement when he comes back |
APC and one fraud too many. Shioor. Imagine that money went into the power or health sector. Anytime we say vote wisely, this is one of the reasons. Buhari, a sick and frail man would rather concentrate on his ill health than focus on key issues or check fraud. By the time tinubu leaves office, the level of fraud that would be uncovered will bring the ocean into a stand still. You can't hear of anything now because they're still in power ni. There are a lot of wastage and leakages in this administration which could have solved a myriad of problems if channeled properly. |
Don't mind the apc sir. It's only noise without performance |
SmartPolician:Dangote is a silent donor, do your research. You mean same Arthur the noisy man? Lol |
The only Nigerian multi billionaire who donates hugely and cheerfully beyond tribes and ethnicity, pan Nigerians are proud of you sir |
Omoawoke:We did same to them in the 80s. I witnessed it. Sadly genzs no sabi anything about naija's past. We sent them home after Nigerians protested in January 1983 in lagos after which sagari signed an order to deport undocumented Ghanaians back home. Its the generation of their children who are now delivering the karma message to our people. We said Ghanaians had taken most of our jobs especially in the education sector. We had them at every nook and cranny of our cities, selling puff puff, pan cake, bonz, Ghana bread, mending clothes with their ejika ni shoobu sewing machines and mending broken plastic bowls. Read more about ghana must go. Today, Ghana is a pride of africa and all thanks to Rawlings for doing a yeoman's job. South africans too came here. Their top politicians came to seek asylum here and their children were enrolled in our schools. Nigeria used to be America of africa untill corrupt individuals came and destroyed all the institutions that once made them. Sadly, the genz met only crumbs when they came. Same genzs, whose future had been damaged by these politicians are gullibly voting and supporting them, those they're supposed to be cursing for destroying their future. In your 40s as graduate, you must have built a house and living good. Who wan japa then? They'd be wise someday. |
I remember the Ghana must go protest in Nigeria back then. Only a few here witnessed that era. What goes around, comes around. |
These old men should just go and rest. To rule Nigeria no be by force. They'd only be busy attending to their ill health, traveling overseas always, backed by massive local Healthcare support with less attention to the core national issues. Buhari and tinubu are good examples. To attend and commiserate with ordinary plateau boko haram victims became an issue. He cant even trek for up to 10 minutes. There was more to his few minutes stay within the airport in jos than meets the eye. A lot is better not said in the media. These men should vacate the space for goodness sake. Nigeria isn't moving forward. Their era is long gone |
seunmsg:Atiku camp is super corrupt. They are unfit to handle the affairs of Nigeria. The Kwakwanso defection has rattled them in no small measures. Kwakwanso is much more popular in the north than Atiku. During the 2015 primary of the apc, despite the heavy bribery of delegates by Atiku,Kwakwanso who bribed nobody still beat him, and next to Buhari by close mergin. Atiku camp never dreamt of Kwakwanso joining the ADC. If you recall this, Atiku attacked Kwakwanso the moment he declared his defection to the adc instead of welcoming him. They had thought he'd join the apc. The primary will be so interesting. |
In the absence of Automobile, number 1 is the happiest. They shared responsibility and smiling with it despite being much. The burden isn't felt only by the man |
ChristianMuslim:At least, you heard he paid LG staff salary withheld by Tinubu for over 7 months under the pretext of court order from the Adeleke family pocket. Abi that one too na set up chat? No governor in history had done that from their hard earned money. Nigerian politicians aren't so nice. Instead, they'd steal from workers. Imagine working without food for 1 month, talk less of 7 months |
Jamieb:They knew what they did behind the scenes, what the public never saw. Their defeat will be colossal next year. |
What an unbiased leader he is. He didn't want anyone or tribe to feel attacked so he said his alma mater wasn't an exception. A better Nigeria is POssible, OK is Okay. |
franchasng:okay. But you hear that Nigerians are being regularly arrested for drugs in India and other places abi? |
Ezeama400: . No be dem fault nah. This is called see finish pro max. |
franchasng:What do you want me to edit, let's see? My friend is adept in this business and revealed a lot to me. He worked with a vessel for over 10yrs. |
SmartyPants:Go and ask dangote who knows better than you do in a business world. Keep living in denial. The moment dangote burst his bubbles, he let him alone |
It was much better and I've got several reasons for saying so. I got employed almost immediately after I graduated Merit was rated over mediocrity Corruption was nearly non-existent There were drugs in hospitals, mostly free. Known diseases were malaria and typhoid. Now there are diverse illnesses like hbp, diabetes, even hiv and cancer...things we used to hear about, only in foreign movies. I could travel anytime of the day and night. I always loved night travels. I can't try it today. My 100L schl fees were less than 3,000 naira in a public institution. Suicide rate was so low. Back in the days, if we saw a corpse on the road as kids, we'd barely sleep in the night due to fear but today, it's everywhere, and proof of the decay in values, quality of life and failure in governance Divorce was very rare, godfearing people existed and deformed children were rare. Our naira was strong in value. My airline ticket to America for the 1st time in early 2000s was 173k. I paid it from my pocket while I was barely a yr old on my 1st employment. Artisans always saw themselves as less-privileged while graduates lived good. Today, artisans are marrying graduates. As a matter of fact, graduates now learn artisanship due to unemployment. My secondary school principal was driving a Peugeot 505 Evolution while wife a pry school headmistress drove 404 Peugeot. We always had electricity Add yours if you belong to that era... |
educatedfool:Tinubu bawoo, someone who almost ended the man's O&G career so that his refining facility in Malta could keep thriving ? Thanks to dangote's resilience. Petrol would have hit 2k by now. We know who the true enemies of the masses are. Sadly, his supporters are the hardest hit |
These people know how they do these things. The stowaway would later be transferred to a safe place before the ship sails. That's just a temporary hiding place. I used to have a friend working with these ships. At times, he could be away for months before coming back to Nigeria. He works from.coast to.coast. Stowaway via ship has been a steady business for nearly a century in Nigeria. Late popular politician left Nigeria to school abroad via this means, including a notable billionaireindustrialist and property mogul. Its a silent means of illegal immigration. Hundreds of Nigerians leave this country steadily on a quarter via this means. Drugs are being carried steadily via this means as well. |
E be like say na India be the next drug market. One arrest too many....and dem be mainly Nigerians. Leadership says it all. How can you arrest or deal with the people doing same thing you're doing? |
Most importantly, if he/she says long term courtship isn't needed or necessary. At least, one year courtship is very necessary.Habits can't be hidden forever,it must smoke out. There would be a time your fiancee would get distracted and exhibit his/her real self. He/she may apologise immediately and say it's the devil but jot things down. If its habitual, it will definitely repeat itself. My brother's wife was asthmatic but she hid it from him during courtship. She said she had no health issues, neither was there any hereditary disease in their family. Their courtship only lasted months before they got married. She's also the temperamental type.Whenever she's angry, she can pull down the whole building. Immediately after their wedding, she had an asthmatic attack, a serious one. She said she once had it but later stopped...that was her excuse for not telling her man. Again, over every trivial issue, she would flare up. All these were deliberately hidden during the short term courtship in my opinion. My brother is very gentle. Having an asthma isnt a taboo but why hide it? As a Christian that he is,he just had to tolerate her like that instead of divorcing or marring another wife.I'm sure he felt disappointed. Same goes for men. Some are wolves in ship's clothing. Long term courtship will reduce divorce, assault and domestic violence by a large percentage. Long term courtship doesn't connote having intimacy. You can court for 3 years without touching each other if you're both discipline. Always set boundaries |
Lokoja court where his boy is governor ? Mtcheew. Na supreme court be the main thing. Good luck to them both |
Stop drinking carbonated drinks, dem no dey hear Stop drinking energy drinks and bitters, dem go talk say dem wan high Stop doing drugs, rara oo Ok, Stop alcoholism or reduce it to the barest minimum, na lie Exercise always, ni booo. Ok then, Stop eating junks, for where? Go to the villages where they trek several kilometers before getting to their farms and another number of kms back home,no hbp no diabetes. They sweat all the nonsense in their body away and they don't do sugary stuff. But here in the cities after consuming stuff, they either enter uber or jump bike to every km they go to. They work morning till evening, no means of exercise. They serve them launch still on that seat. Take care of your body. Health is wealth |
