According to the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), Higher National Diploma (HND) holders will soon be hired as assistant teachers at polytechnics and monotechnics.

This was disclosed on Monday by NBTE executive secretary Idris Bugaje.

Only degree holders are currently employed in polytechnics as assistant lecturers.

Mr Bugaje bemoaned the fact that HND holders were restricted to the polytechnic sector as technicians and technologists in labs and workshops, which he termed as a “grave injustice.”

“Why should somebody from the university system come and midwife over a different system and become lords over them? The highest product in the polytechnics is the HND,” stated the NBTE boss. “As such, the best of these graduates should be employed as assistant lecturers and grow within the systems to have their master’s degree.”
He added, “They can rise through the ranks to become chief lecturers and eventually become Rectors of their respective institutions.”

The NBTE boss added that the scenario would change with the new Scheme of Service for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.

He explained that the scheme of service was awaiting approval by the head of service by the end of 2022 or early 2023.

I would advise anyone who can afford the extra 1-2 bucks it would cost to register a domain name on Dynadot (compared to Sav) to do so, at least for now. Those 1-2 bucks might be the difference between losing a potential sale.

In other news, is there anyone here that provides contact or business names along with scraped email addresses, especially from GMaps? I found only email addresses were provided by those I tried in the past, but I don't usually work with just that.

Obviously new guys and desperate people. A lot of these new domainers are not interested in learning anything. They just want the money to magically appear.

And I think because some of us offer cheap classes that are not in-depth it's easy for this to happen. A cheap and out of depth class is only good for a serious person.

A buyer used domainagents.com to get in touch with me for a domain i own.
after we agreed on terms, it was transferred to escrow.com which does not work in nigeria.
now i was asked to open a wise.com account since escrow.com can transact with wise.com.
has anybody used wise.com before. how do you upload money to wise.com from nigeria. i tried using my dollar card but it was rejected..

There's no way the client can extend the completion time on his end without going through you by opening a dispute to extend the time. The CS that attended to you might be high or is a noob, or maybe it's you that misunderstood him/her.
