I received a call from the embassy about 20mins ago to call UPS to come pick up my documents. I had submitted my passport and travel insurance last week Tuesday. For those still waiting, please be hopeful, the time is nearer than before. Congratulations in advance.

I don't think they have started application, I saw April 1st on their website.
