Politics › Re: SE Is Built On Facts : SW Is Built On Propaganda. by Error401: 9:34pm On Aug 13, 2023
Because you grew up in Omuaran, you speak better Yoruba than Indigenes. the way you igbos boost amuses me so much.

Curious345:
I am igbo, grew up in omuaran and speak better yoruba than most Southwesterners.

When I travel across yoruba land I see complete decay of infrastructure, non existence of development, medieval style living, state sponsored thuggery, mafia syndicates etc.

The most touching of them all is the current infrastructural decay of lagos and Ogun.

Lagos and Ogun has zero roads, "I can swear on my father's grave"..
From. Lekki to ajah, computer village to Agege, ikorodu, ipaja,( just keep the street name coming..) the roads have all decayed, littered with multiple large potholes, wavvy uniformity, melted coal tar, refuse filled drainages etc.
Anytime I drive my Toyota sedan on lagos roads, I weep. Yes you Heard me. I shed tears..
I ASK MYSELF THIS QUESTION "LAGOS IS RICHER THAN 32 STATES COMBINED ; LAGOS IS THE SMALLEST STATE IN NIGERIA - AND DESPITE ALL THIS, IT CANNOT FIX ITS FEW ROAD NETWORKS".
I assume it's a case of a state under hostage..

I will also come to the case of Ogun state.. Though Ogun state is about 30times larger than lagos, it's road networks are in a sorry state..
I want to belive the governor of Ogun state is in a treaty with the devil to Underdeveloped the states infrastructure.

SAYING OGUN HAS NO ROAD - is a long thing - OGUN STATE IS OFFICIALLY LIVING IN THE STONE AGE 'INFRASTRUCTURALLY' I can boldly say Ogun state is gone.. Gone and finished.. Its rate of decay is fast, 25yrs per year.. That's the rate..for every year that passes in Ogun state, it will Take 25yrs to clean up the rot, rebuild, build and meet up with time..2yrs means 50yrs..
But the SW has relied on propaganda to paint a rosy picture of itself, defying all Odds
. This shall lead to a dangerous end.

On the flipside, the SE is built with facts. It can be seen and felt, there are evidences..

The Igbos are wired to call a Spade a spade. They do not white wash or gold plate..

If you don't work, nobody will sing your praise.
nobody will open a troll Farm and bomb social media with alternate facts and propaganda to favour you..

This reality has made the southeastern politicians to sit up and perform as expected..

Alright, your Nairaland account is very young. I wouldnt have minded to give without verification. Anytime you are back home and can answer a few questions just to verify. I will credit you immediately.
Im sorry, I wont be able to give without any verification because your NL accout is just a few months old. If this is a burner account like mine, you can quote me with your original account with your account number.

StandNFearNot:
Hello sir, apology for not responding since. I had an urgent need to travel and I sold my phone to fund the trip. That's why I have not been online.

Secondly, thanks for your offer. However, I am still where I traveled to. It's only when I return I can lay my hands on those documents. You can still help me regardless, leaving the consequences on me (that's if I am lying) or wait until when I return if you still doubt the genuineness of the post.

Thank you for considering me.

You are some other people are the people who tarnish Nigerian Image, I really dont blame you because most Nigerians are lousy people. But to tell you the sad truth, Nigerians are not the best scammers in the world. Most of them get 10-50 USD and start shouting.

You can make your research online and see for yourself.
HKfrJohn:
Recently I received this image from someone in East Africa.
Sadly, it reflects the fact that internet scamming is like a national industry of Nigeria.
Isn't it about time that something was done to stop the scammers?

God bless Nigeria!

It has always been celebrated, my school has a board for excellent student by the school hall. Social media just publicized it and they can easily get scholarship offers.
So what is this fuss all about?
Entprys:
1996, during my NYSC in Anambra State(Achina in aguata), then, 'A level' was as common as reciting national pledge.
I remember one Toochi then. . . but let 's forget cos Igbos here will soon start boasting.

But why are we celebrating 9As these days as if it is a big deal while in the past it was nothing ?
Education › Re: Mediocrity: Why Are We Celebrating '9as' In WAEC These Days ? by Error401: 6:46pm On Aug 13, 2023
Waec is easily passed? How many As did you have in your own waec?

Puss360:
I wonder o ... Well I'm not saying it's bad to have A's all round but the ministry of Education is just sort of confused here in this country...
After O level, comes higher institution, so why does Jamb have a low cut-off?
Jamb is over 400 and 200 is average, cut off is meant to be 200 or anything above 200, but here cut off Is below 200.. I don't know their reasons but I'm sure It's this sort of "Let my people go" solution..... Yet waec students are amassing all round A's everywhere....

In most countries their exams isn't easily passed..
Even the so-called IELTS test of "English" that's still our official language, we still fail.. and those countries don't mind, their standard remains high...

Well, kudos to those students who got distinction in their waec "through honest means" ...

This is the first time I will be seeing HD coverage of Osun Osogbo festival. Keep it up. You can make a website for this and keep records of notable festivals in Nigeria. Maybe someday, you can get a national recorgnition award. You can consider having an aerial view shots included, costly but a great niche. Im far from home but so happy seeing my people elevating the Yoruba culture, and most importantly, in Super HD pictures. tongue tongue tongue tongue

Shes with a narcist
prolly a mentally deranged man
Confirm4real:
Please this is a serious case she happens to be my younger sister I'm putting this up on her behalf.

1. The husband doesn't give her money for upkeep.

2. Most times he beat her up mercilessly.

3. Disgraced her in the compound by telling a mechanic that she doesn't wear pants.

4. Treat her like rag.

5. Doesn't have regard for my family.

6. Monitor her everywhere and accuse her wrongly of following men, this is someone that they've been married for more than 15yrs and have 4kids together.

7. Always accuse her wrongly of stealing his money.

8. Follow her to the market and pays for any food items she buys.

9. The little money my sister earns as a teacher he will make sure she spends all the money at home.

10. Locks his phone but told my sister to always unlock her own so he will be seeing all her messages and calls. Even put tracker on her phone to monitor her calls.

11. Smells my sister's undies atimes to know if she went to meet a man.

12. There was a time my sister was into restaurant business the husband didn't allow the building to last, he told her customers should not sit down to eat they can only buy and go.

13. He now bought a Sienna he still put tracker to monitor the car and inner tracker to monitor calls inside the car. If he noticed some conversation in the car he will start calling my sister, if she doesn't pick while driving he will start insulting her.

14. He pays the children school fees and house rent with complains. They're living at Ajah.

Although I have reported the case to Human Rights. Please what advice can you give if she's your sister.

Note: Although they dated long before marriage almost 5yrs, but I wonder why she didn't see those red flags then.

If you accept to date a married man, it shows your level of moral decadence. A man wont force you to open your legs.

MrBrownJay1:
FIXED

so married men who go after single women are not greedy abi? they are both part of the problem, but sadly, these single women didnt have vows with anyone thus i cant blame a single woman for accepting to date a married man MORE THAN i would fully blame a married man cheating on his wife with these lost women. majority of these single women are there because of the handouts, the gifts, the knowledge that this man will only come to see her once or twice a week etc (without taking on the marital duties such as cooking/cleaning etc for that man), while this man is willing to throw his whole MARRIAGE/FAMILY under the bus, just because of some toto.
