Okay let me use their whole coaching career

Hope u won't tell me that this proof is wrong again cheesy cheesy
Thank you. One has coached for 18 years to the other's 9. And only 2 "trophies" separate them (which will be covered come May).

LOL

Now, tell us if any Manager in the world has spent as much as Pep who has only been in the game for 9 years as a coach...The ratio of amount spent per trophy will leave you shocked...
I have done the analysis before. Mou just about edges it.

You cannot ingenuously remove his early years when you want to say he could not win much in those small clubs, and then bring it back to divide how much he has spent with the years he has stayed in football.

A proper analysis will involve starting from when he came to Chelsea as they are the first true club he got to that could really spend.

I won't bring in inflation because it affects both managers now - including Wenger.

This ur hypocrisy ehn
That is why it is a crime for 2 stoopid parents to procreate.

Manchester United owes close to a billion but if you're asked to provide facts that support your claim, you will start jumping from pillar to post...

He also said Sanchez was a quick fix because he choose Manchester United but when Pep was in for him and everything seemed done with City, we heard he was the perfect player, the Pep killed d of striker, the one to play false one and implement Pep ideas better than the washed up Aguero...

Una hypocrisy no get rival.
City are winning well without Alexis. Alexis was going to be a luxury player for the UCL. They have only 2 strikers.

so what is the reason for their expenses. PSG i understand city i don't you mentioned united's expenses since 2012 do you know city's own.

spending 900M pounds since 2012 and now have a deficit of 200M even chelsea has just a deficit of 18M spending 170M lesser than city have been competitive so what is city's agenda, what's their angel, their game plan. when a manager has that kind of decifit spending HALF A BILLION POUNDS he had better win the champions league.
I don't know what you mean by deficit or that you understand PSG's own.

PSG on Neymar and Mbappe alone have pushed 400m+

I am tired.

Mou was active for 3 yrs
pep was active for 3.5 yrs
You have started first but will cry foul when it is dished back.

Mou's active years is 3. Humor me. He came back to CFC 2013 and was sacked 2015. 6 months after he became United manager and we are in 2018.

He won 1 EPL, 2 Carling cups, 1 community shield for United and 1 Europa.

In that same time frame Pep won: Bundesliga 2013-2016 (3), DFP-pokal (2), Super Cup, World Club Cup. Total (7)

Even Wenger has won 3 Community shields. 3 FA Cups. (6)

And you called me Ode.

Hope you know that what started this was the claim that Pep is buying for the future while Jose is looking for quick fix?
Ibra was a quick-fix signing. Martial and Rashford's development as strikers stalled as a result (after looking promising under LVG) and sadly, Alexis is another quick-fix signing.

so because just 2 players that explains the 500M pounds pep has spent mind you in fours years before pep city spent 430M. but pep has spent more in two years.

why you na they talk as if say players they retire at 30

how old is ramos, modric, buffon, alves, thiago, godin, bonucci, ronaldo, messi, suarez, neuer, iniesta, bonucci, cavani, benzema, huguain, david silva, robben, vidal, chiellini, hamsik, mertens, dzeko, luis, falcao, candreva, motta, gabi, dembele, valencia, vardy etc
There are close to 10, 000 professional footballers across Europe alone. Any demographics that has 15/10,000 shows you have a poor sample to make your case + Nobody will rebuild teams with this players above.

Pep does not EVER price out players so if you are trying to rationalise his spendings he will come out unscathed.

There are no 90Ms, 80Ms signings.

Walker, Stones, Gab Jesus, Laporte, Mendy were all purchased at the prevalent market price. Once a club called something arbitrary, Pep and City looked elsewhere. There is nothing untoward about his spendings.

You're not trying to be logical, you're only exuding the traits of a danfo driver immersed in traffic on a Monday morning.

Barcelona have nothing to prove. They've won countless trophies in the past without having to spend heavily. City haven't.

Pep, while at Bayern sees the money at City. He moves, and since 2016 has been spending the cash like a trophy wife at Beverly Hills, just to get a trophy.

If you can't give an appropriate answer to my question don't quote me again. I have more important matters to attend to today.
Don't worry; you can lie to yourselves to feel good but City have been chasing the man since 2011 at least.

As for the rest of the drivel...it is what it is...drivel.

Pep should raise Sagna's value to 40M then sell him before he can buy Walker for 50M.

No, I am not evading that (il)logical statement when I don't respond to it. I have this covert belief that if I ignore it long enough, you would see how senseless the reasoning is. Along with the one that a manager who is sure-fire going to win the league has been spending cash to win a trophy when he clearly dodged 75M VVD and 500-600k a week Sanchez.

Commonsense did not say that if he was a desperado l'omo, he would have gone gung-ho like some people I know.

It's just the fact man. Teams are not loyal to players so players don't have to be loyal to them. But there is such a thing as crossing the line, like what KD did. It's not about jumping the ship it's which shop you jump to, KD could have gone to the Wizards and no one would care but him joining the warriors is simply the weakest move any superstar has ever made.

KD doesn't owe OKC anything but he owes it to himself and his legacy to not be a soft as- b-tch.

You have no desire to face logic would be more apposite.

city sold players for the price of sachet pure water then bought players like a bottle of wine and you expect people not to blow whistle, that wan na lie.

And with all the players they have bought they still want to buy more, even we Madrid have never done so we don't always spend, even when we do we sell. What City is doing is madness. 5cbs FIVE and worth close to 250M not to add full backs bought.

If City don't get to CL semis it should be a great disappointment.
You are dragging your argument too far wide off commonsense.

The difference in money is for accountants to calculate not for a club that will let bad and old eggs go to purchase new ones. That is why Rooney went at 10M and Lukaku came in at close to 80M.

City bought only 1 CB prior to Laporte. Let your head speak not your arse.

And Laporte is clearly because of Vincent's niggling injuries. City have been forced to get him earlier than they were willing to.

I never said it's completely true but neither should you state what you obviously are not sure of and stop talking to my arse and face me.

Mbappe made balon d'or top 10 the lowest bid from all the mega clubs that wanted him were in their 100s of millions. Mbappe is better than messi was as a teenager.

It's Barca you should blame not PSG, when Barca without sense or reasoning bought dembele for £130M was that ever his value what did he achieve to be worth so much even at that time Monaco was asking arsenal for 60M for lemar when they were just offering about 40M for him. But Barca signs dembele and lemar because 90M.

Don't mention PSG buying mbappe for £160M because he is very much worth it. I believe you me mbappe made the best decision not leaving France early that your example is as crooked as Nigerian roads.

Every club as debt and yes united is the lord of them all but even with the crappy players in united team they haven't gone on an expensive spending spree to make the whole squad world class over night.

That's what you do when you newly buy a team, not when it's been 8 years and 2 leagues titles even Chelsea was never this mad and PSG you mentioned as lots of fringe players in that team now and are selling some star players WHO DID CITY SELL.
Pep reduced their value like he did to ibro now we all want to believe they weren't worth anything yet Chelsea can sell part time/fringe players for profit to balance the books but city don't just give a hoot and turn the same players that made UCL semis to crap heap and tell you they are rebuilding the whole team.

When pep said Chelsea needed 10 new players, I knew he was looking for a team to play football manager in.
You are not well-informed that much is clear.

And as per reducing people's value, that is proof that my first statement above is right. Where are the Sagna's and Clichy's now?

Listen, 8 years in football is a long time. A player bought at 24 will be 32 in that time span. How many world beaters are in their 30s? So yes, City needed to update their software and they have not done it in one fell swoop. It all started from Pelle. He got KDB and Raheem. This is the 4th transfer window since that time.

It is a marathon.

Lol.

Please I no get time to dey go back and forth with your apostles of his holiness the Right Hon. Cheque Fraudiola

It is what it is.

All we know is he spent £57 million on a 23 year old who hasn't played for his country ONCE. And his total spend since arriving City is past the £450 million in an 18-month period. Defend that instead of looking for invented loopholes to base your argument on.

As for your claim about the future, I leave that to the future itself: no one knows the future. Anything can happen. This fellow could be a bust, just like the Stones Pep paid nearly £50 million for is still trying to convince us if he is worth the effort.

And when did Wenger enter the argument?

See deflection of argument abeg.

The narrative here is that Jose is a spendthrift and Pep grooms youngsters. Wetin concern vulture and barber?
To pay the buyout clause of an internationally unknown|uncapped player shows he is one for the future. His spending can be $1b: you will buy to arrange a team (let alone one for the future).

Stones is not convincing anyone about his fee. In 2014, your manager was ready to spend 40M GBP on him but Everton did not budge.

Wenger was my reply to a Chelsea fan. And your narrative is false. The narrative this season has been "City are good BUT they outspent everyone" to which we respond, United have spent 600M since 2012/13. Why nothing to show for it if money is the excuse.

in Chelsea's thread I made mention of it but their is no noise because Wenger also sold players

Why should their be noise when Liverpool signed a 26year old defender for £75M, city spent the money Donald trump is looking for to build the Mexican wall for his defence.

It's only united and Chelsea that have still shown some level of sense even Barca has spent stupidly and foolishly buying a 20year hyped hypo for 130M pounds then signing coutinho for £145M and they play left wing and attack.

Why should anyone cough out blood for Wenger's signing, it's not totally under the radar but still not worth getting headaches for.
This sold this is not well thought out. City sold players too - 4 or 5 if not more. They bought 1LB (let 2 go) got 2RBs (let 2 go), Let Willy go and got another keeper etc.

It is money you will use to replace players not cowries. I don't understand all these spent X talk. Every player was got at the subsisting market value. Just like Laca and now Auba.
