Health / Childhood Trauma(99% Of Children Without Parent) by esota4280(m): 5:20pm On Oct 25, 2015
Trauma is defined by the way a
person reacts to events. So a
trauma to one person may not be a
trauma to another. And some
people can cope with the trauma
and move forward quickly. Others,
though, may not be able to cope.
It is important to remember that
some children might see an event
as traumatic even when the adults
around them do not. For example,
after a house fire, adults are busy
working with the insurance
company and rebuilding. Children
only know that their toys and room
– the things that made them feel
safe – were destroyed.
Any time a child does not feel safe
and protected, the event could be
seen as a trauma. Because trauma is
defined by the person who
experiences it, no single list can
include all the causes of trauma for
children. The following list, though,
will explain some of the more
common traumas children face.
Surgery or Serious Illness – The
child is in the hospital for a serious
illness or surgery.

1-Separation from Loved Ones – A
child might be separated from
loved ones due to military
deployment, a divorce, a prison
sentence or even removal of a child
from home due to an investigation
of abuse or neglect.

2-Loss/Abandonment – The child
loses a biological parent through
divorce, abandonment, death or
other reason.
Isolation within the Family – No
one in the family appears to love
the child or consider the child to be
important or special. The family
does not look out for each other,
feel close or support each other

3-Domestic Violence – Domestic
violence is a behavior used by one
person in a relationship to gain
power over or control the other.
Abuse includes physical, sexual,
emotional, economic or
psychological actions or threats.
This includes any behaviors that
frighten, intimidate, terrorize,
manipulate, hurt, humiliate, blame,
injure or wound someone.

AM SORRY TO SAY THIS IT HAPPEN TO 99% of children with out parent.

Religion / Why Without Faith It’s Impossible To Please God? by esota4280(m): 6:37am On Oct 25, 2015
Well, to have faith in God is to trust Him above all. The main point is that trust itself has to do with the integrity, reputation, character, image, and ability of someone. Based on that statement, it’s quite easy for us to realize why God is not pleased as a result of people’s unbelief. When people cannot trust God with their lives, it doesn’t honor whom God is, it doesn’t honor His Word, and it doesn’t honor His integrity as well. Unbelief itself is a form of idolatry because something else is being trusted more than God. Unbelief is always associated and sustained by something contrary to how God Himself wants us to see Him in light of a present troubling issue. So unbelief is a major stumbling block that will always keep us from reaching our full potential into Him. The question is that do we allow doubt, worry, fear, erroneous beliefs, and uncertainty about the future to occupy the place that God Himself should occupy in our lives? Whatever we’ve allowed to hold us back from trusting God is our god in some way; in other words, whatever it may be is being assigned more trust since it gets to determine our belief toward God. God’s standard operating procedures demand that anything that’s being done for Him must be done in a way that reflects His shining greatness. Meaning that we have to give Him our very best in everything we’re doing for Him. With respect to trusting God, it has to be done without reservation. Additionally, it has to be done by turning our focus away from the obstacles that may hinder us from trusting Him. Trusting means rise above our human weaknesses that are pulling us down like a strong gravity force to a position far below from where God wants us to operate as His children. In short, faith glorifies God in the context of trusting Him on the ground of who He is, and what He’s able to do in relation to what He says in His Word. On the other hand, unbelief utterly brings dishonor to God due to the fact that it doesn’t acknowledge God’s trustworthiness, greatness, and faithfulness. E.G Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see ( Hebrews 11:1). And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him ( Hebrews 11:6)

International singer Beyonce was spotted wearing a Kaftan by Nigerian design house, Frockit Rockit.

The creative director of the label, Tope, who revealed she is a big Beyonce fan, told the inspiring story of how Beyonce's stylist, Tyrone saw her dress and liked it. After he took the dress, she prayed to God that the superstar would be spotted rocking her creation.......and God answered her prayers.

You have not answered his question.
Are you renting pond and at how much? Or are u building ?
Source of water nko?
Pumping machine is not much of a problem cos its not that a problem cos I was given 1hp of dab for 14000 at bridgehead market , but u must power it. U didn't make arrangement for the fueling. Also feeding isn't a straight thing cos the feeding increases as the fish size increase.

You have to be detailed so that you don't run into problems in the future.
...yes I knw...
Let me give u a little insight
1.tarpaulin built tank or tiles or cement build fish pond.
2.The size n shape of fish pond are build specifically on d amount.
3. Water... changing of water 3 times a week. this enable easy breathing. also air pumping into the water 2 increase weight n size of fish.
4.feeding stage by stage, like de eat more after their finger stage. B4 3mnths their growing stage reduces.
5.sorting.
6.treatment

esota4280 ,

You talk about fishery but you refused to mention the most important attribute in aquaculture?!

WATER!

So if you acquire land now, you wouldn't dig earther/concrete/ use rubber ponds?

You wouldn't buy pumping machine, dig borehole?

Electricity for pumping to change water nko? Generator + Fuel or Nepa? Who's bill ?

The feed? No store for it? The pond ? No shade?

'all of the above'? No security? Issokay, continue !

The project is doable, but it's not as simple neither would it be as cheap as you make it sound.

I believe in self-employment through Agriculture, and am a practising fish farmer, so yeah, there's money to be made, but don't let anybody decieve you that it's 'easy' or its 'paper-calculatable'

Agriculture / How To Create Jobs For All Nairalanders - Fishery by esota4280(m): 2:00am On Apr 10, 2015
We all should not be seeking for job, all we should be doing is thinking how to take risk in doing business.
We all ave heard about Agriculture, and the profit that can be made from it. So,y will u be getting involved in job searching with money, time, stress there by causing depression, BP, even stroke.
Well to cut all long story short let we as NIARALANDER get involved in generating money, fund, finance ourselves instead of JOB HUNTING (HUNTERS)
WE CAN MAKE MONEY FROM FISHERY THIS WAY

1. ACQUUIRE A PIECE OF LAND
Can b donated by one of us, or maybe a abandoned fishery site.
2. RAISE FUNDS 1.5M
A list 10k each from serious people. Which will b documented n taking to court for further procedures.
3. LABOUR
This will b done by NIARALANDERS who are ready to work.
#LET ME GIVE AND HINT#
A)STOCK-one mature man an six mature female we can stock 10k fingerlings
B)FEEDING
Feeding for 4months is
A bag 15kg(6k) for 700 fingerlings in 10 day.. Meaning 1m for feeding (maximum)
C)LABOUR
We can pay 200k for 2wkers in 5months
D)SAVES
We save 300k for any expenses that arises.
...

.....AFTER 4MONTHS
Possibility of loosing 15% of fish stock..
Sale.. sell btw 400 n 450
Which is 8500¤400 = 3.4m
Imagine what what serious 10 comparative we get in a year.
Serious minded, well business men should comment..... advice,up n down, danger n gain this are what I want u NIARALANDERS Should speak on.
