I'm so pissed right now.. I woke up dis morning and noticed I was running out of units on my prepaid metre so I jus opened my buypower account to try to purchase more units. I kept getting an error message telling me amount is less than minimum vend amount with a certain sum indicated there(over 45k).. I recharge 3k wenever I run out of units ever since I got d meter and I notice a certain amount was always deducted everytime I made a payment.
I decided to call Buypower agents to understand d meaning of d error message I've been getting only for me to b told AEDC is simply asking me to clear my previous accumulated Bill. Jus like dat ooo!!!!
Why and how will I pay 70k for a metre and months afta it is installed, U suddenly placed an embargo on d account without any prior notice or warning.
Before I applied for d prepaid meter, I've been making payments of 10k monthly for years to clear part of d outrageous estimated billing dey bring. I receive an estimated bill of over 10k every month for years despite making several verbal and written complaints.
Now I can't buy units becos I have to buy above dat amount there and I can't go to their office now becos of d lockdown meaning I'll have to remain in darkness till I get dis sorted out...

Please does anyone know how I can recharge or sort out dis dilemma
