He sacked Rivers indigenes who were gainfully employed in RSU demonstration schools. The teachers went to court and won. Till he left office,he didn't recall them neither did he pay their owed salaries.

The Federal High Court asked PDP to conduct the congresses, then Fubara went to STATE High Court to collect a counter order. Unfortunately for him, the State High Court has no jurisdiction over the National PDP and it's order cannot override that of the Federal High Court. Hence the PDP conducted it's congresses.

Hear yourself. Let's assume the governor has gone against the law, the best way to handle it is violence and vandalism? Is the so-called lawlessness strictly against Wike or against the people of Rivers?
Obviously you are one of the gangsters being used for these absurdities, no point telling your to rethink what is happening or learn what it means to be the "root cause" of something.

Rivers people not Wike are the ones resisting the lawlessness of the governor. I'm sure you didn't see Wike in Rivers yesterday.

If Fubara obeys the Laws and Court Judgements, there won't even be political crisis in Rivers State. Let me give just two examples of how his lawlessness is the root cause of the crisis in Rivers State.

(1) The Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the Martin Amaewhule led 27 members House of Assembly, yet he continues to deal two people (Oko Jumbo and one other) as a house of Assembly. They were 3 of them before Edison Ehie resigned and became his Chief of Staff. He sends the State budgets to these two people to pass (even after the President directed him to present the budget to the proper assembly. He sends names of appointees to these two people for screening etc.

(2) When RISIEC announced the proposed date for LG elections, the APC went to the Federal High Court challenging the conduct of RISIEC in conducting LG elections. They complained of the duration of the notice given to political parties and other issues that they believed is not in accordance to the electoral act. The Court gave judgement stopping the election by directing INEC not to release the CTC of the voters register which is a key requirement, among other directives. Instead of Fubara to appeal against the Court Judgement since it wasn't to his liking, he went ahead to conduct an illegal purported election and now expects the other parties to swallow whatever he has done because he is a governor?

Unfortunately, Obidients and Atikulators are cheering him on while criticizing an innocent Wike whose political associates are vehemently resisting the acts of lawlessness and abuse of power by Fubara. All the criticism of Wike is because Wike supported Tinubu against their preferred candidates.

But right thinking Nigerians cannot be swayed by such infantile propaganda. Fubara should stop acting in a lawless manner and you will see peace in Rivers State.

there is only one Judgement that says don't go ahead. The other one is an interim order from the State High Court. Normally the Judgement superceeds.

When Fubara disobeys Court Judgements I see some idiots celebrating. But when this his election is Annulled by the Courts and the FG obeys by withholding allocation, they will start crying and saying Wike this, Wike that.

The airbases were destroyed (videos are circulating on telegram military chat rooms). The lack of casualties was because the air bases were quickly evacuated since it takes about 15 minutes for missiles to reach Israel from Iran. However in an event that Israel chooses to escalate, Iran may not limit its response to military bases in which case there will be many casualties because Israel can't evacuate entire cities in 15 minutes. Note that Israeli Iron Dome Air Defense system is only effective against relatively slow Katusha rockets and not ballistic missiles.

Fubara nobody is forcing you to not do whatever you like. But the Court Judgement has rendered it illegal, null and void AB initio. That means those people you will select as Chairmen will not see allocation accruing to the LGAs. You will have to be giving them your own money (which is entirely your business)😂

What's the meaning of this nonsense?

Sim will disobey the judgement and go ahead with the election. But that will be a futile exercise as the Court will rely upon this judgement to nullify the election. Meaning that the LG allocations will not be released to the handpicked Fubara Chairmen. Fubara hasn't done well and can't succeed in his fight against his Boss.
