You can use phone, but laptop or desktop is better. With phone you won't be fast because you will be scrolling up and down, and believe me, you don't need that in this test (50 questions in 20 mins).

After listing a domain for $999 at Namesilo about 4 months ago I receive an offer of $100 last week. I countered it with $450. Now see the message the guy sent to me.

Once you are rejected at wherever you posted to, ensure the employer singed the rejected aspect of the letter. Then take the letter to your zonal for the collection of another posting letter.

Make you have search for a new PPA place so dat the new letter will be addressed to the new PPA firm

If you are rejected at your PPA... they will give you rejection letter, you will proceed to submit the rejection letter to your LGi and it's their responsibility to post you to another PPA but according to the rules the new PPA should be within your first PPA local government.... but many still get PPA outside their first local government(this is Nigeria)
