Practice deep meditation to relieve anxiety and stress. Working out also helps a lot to clears the head of worry and anxiety like jogging, skipping, stairs climbing. A sense of accomplishment can fuel ur enthusiasm for life.....find something you love to do set realistic goals and do it, you will see Hw happy it would make you feel ....

maybe the size of your photo is bigger than the trim size...maybe you should use a lower trim size....or resize your photos or just simply check their email on their website and mail them and tell them the problem you are facing...they will give you details on What to do..

the message I received...this text is outside the image, this image is outside the margins, trim size is incorrect, insufficient gutter, books up to 150pages requires at least 375 for the gutter inside margin and at least .25" for the outside and top margins, your file contains image less than 200dpi which may appear blurry.
