And yet, these unproductive poor people eat everyday, clothe and strive to send their kids to school and all that. How do they do manage these while being highly unimaginative and unproductive?
A drive around town will show u myriads of informal enterprises being undertaken by these 'highly unimaginative' populace to keep body and soul together.
They do what they can given the environment they are faced with. A country of 200m still grappling with 3k megawatts of electricity does not support production anywhere in the world. It's not the popuplace's duty to provide electricity. Heap the blames to the right quarters.
