1. Signal is transmitted via rf so decoders must have rf out port. A modulator must be used for decoders without rf out port.
2. If you can afford use a modulator per decoder for all the decoders for better video quality. A modulator converts AV video into rf video.
3. Take video with coaxial cable from rf out port, or from modulator, of each decoder to a combiner. A good splitter used in reverse will do. Assuming you have 16 decoders to shoot 16 channels you can use 5 pieces of new 4-way splitters. Using coaxial cable:
- connect one splitter to the signal-in of your mixing booster in reverse order. A 42db alcad booster or a 20db telavees booster will do.
-then connect your four remaining splitters to the four points on the first splitter also in reverse order. That will give you 4×4=16 points where you'll fix(mix) your signal inputs from 16 decoders, or from modulators as the case may be.
Mixing of decoders is a task that requires patience and time. It's easier if you are using modulators. Those akewu astel modulators of 4k each will do just fine.
Below mixing guideline is without modulator.
- get a good tv with functioning remote control preferably LG. LG displays the number of each rf channel on the screen for easy mixing.
- connect one coaxial cable line from your mixing booster output to the rf in at the back of your nearby tv- with a tv plug.
- your decoders are to be mixed in one after the other. On the TV rf system the channels start from 21 up.
You'll need a female tv plug for each decoder. Buy the iron type. A pack of f-connectors and one good AV wire. Mixing is after all your 16 decoders are functional with their signals and are showing your desired channels.
1. Power on your first decoder and connect it to the TV using the AV wire.
2. With the decoder remote press menu and enter system setting. Scroll down and select UHF and change the number to 21. Save and exit.
3. Change the tv input from AV to RF.
4. Use d tv remote and enter menu of then setting and search the tv. If you are very conversant with searching tvs then use manual search as its flexible and faster for mixing work. Otherwise select auto search and wait.
4. After searching then your first decoder will appear on the TV as channel one(with uhf number 21).
5. Then check the video for clarity. You may need to adjust the gain of your booster to get optimum video quality.
6. After your channel one is satisfactorily clear then you repeat step 1 to 4 for each decoder to mixed them.
7. The catch here is that each decoder must be on different uhf channel. As channel 21 is your first decoder put the second one at 23, the third one at 25, the fourth one at 27, the fifth one at 29 and so on. The rule is as you start with an odd number then use odd numbers for all decoders. Ditto for even numbers. This gives a gap of one number between d decoders to prevent jamming and interference.
You'll have to be patient as some decoder will outshine others. This is because you are using assorted decoders with different clarity strength. It's better to place decoders with the sharpest video last and vice versa.
After all your decoders are mixed harmoniously then you shoot your signal out. It can reach 100 meters then boost it and continue.

There will be more hints for anybody that has reached this stage. Just ask questions.

I am disappointed by this comment from a respected colleague. I have on two occasions provided robust defense of Senator Ben Murray-Bruce. Not this time!

It was Senator Dino Melaye who first went to greet those seated at the President's table, including President Buhari. He was well greeted. No one in the senate has criticized President Buhari more than Sen Melaye.

No senator in the USA would breach such elementary protocol.

We (on my table) predicted in whispers that colleagues would soon be barred from approaching the President's table and it happened. The first person to be turned back was Senator Barnabas Gemade who was visibly embarrassed. He belongs to the APC; he is not a known critic of the President.

Before the emergence of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as
president, the likes of
Ankio Briggs,
Asari Dokubo,
OpunaboNkot 'Tariah,
Ledum Metee,
Edwin Clark etc were always on Television telling
Nigerians and the world how the South-South has
been marginalized by the North and the West
despiteher oil.

By divine and metaphysical error, Goodluck Jonathan
from the South-South, the presumed Nazareth of
Nigeria became the president of Nigeria after
President Umaru Yaradua's death in 2010.His
emergence came as a joyous daybreak to end our
age-long marginalization .

Immediately, the Niger Delta struggle stumbled and
died or gone Comatose.

The Niger Delta activists mentioned above became
Jonathan's spokespersons and abandoned the
struggle. In 2011, Nigerians, Hausa,Yoruba, Igbo,
Christians and Muslims voted massively for Jonathan.
Thereafter, administrative thieves were appointed
Ministers and head of federal institutions,- Convicted
criminals received presidential pardon.- Militants
were given contracts running into billions of Naira.-
Impunity and corruption became the norm.

All these and many more replaced the Niger Delta
struggle for resource control. The need for constant
electricity, portable water, good health facilities,
good road network, massive manpower development
etc went into oblivion. Even the recent Ogoni UNEP
report that would have changed the live of an
average Ogoni man was not implemented by their
regional brother - president. Recall that NDDC was
established by Olusegun Obasanjo a Yoruba man.
Ministry of Niger and Amnesty Office was established
by Late,President Umaru Musa Yaradua, a Northerner.
Regrettably, this two federal agencies including
NIMASA and NNPC became conduit pipes for
Jonathan's Wife, Nyesom Wike, Deziani Allison,
Godswill Apkabio and many cronies of Jonathan to
Molest and siphon funds meant for the development
of the Niger Delta region.

Credibility died.
Equity died.
Competence died.
Due process died.
Conscience died.

And the Niger Delta struggle died in their son's hand.

Former Governor Rotimi Amaechi, knowing that the
South - South may not have the opportunity of
Producing the President of Nigeria again cried out
and they called him a betrayer. They fought him with
federal might and pushed him out of PDP, a replicate
of what Joseph's brothers did when they sold him to
the Ishmelites.

But today Amaechi is laughing because they pushed
him to stardom.

Even the East/ West road that was awarded by
former President Obasanjo and inherited by Yaradua
and later Jonathan is still not completed.

Bayelsa State today does not have an airport or a
strong federal government institution that can
generate employment opportunities for Bayelsa
youths. Few months to the Presidential election,
Ankio Briggs, Asari Dokubo, Edwin Clark, Nyesom
Wike, Tompolo Government, Kingsley Kuku, etc
awaken the Niger Delta struggle.

For five years nobody heard them because they were
swimming and sleeping on money. When Goodluck
Ebele Jonathan eventually contested and lost the
2015 Presidential election to Gen. Muhammadu
Buhari of the APC,the House of Assembly of all South-
South states became a compensation point for
militants ( Former and Active).Everything was done
with the police and INEC to ensure that cronies of
Jonathan and his wife were declared winners of the
governorship and House of Assembly elections in the
South-South especially Rivers State and Bayelsa.

And if Jonathan had won the last election and ruled
for another ten years, there won't be any hope for the
actualization of the Niger Delta Struggle.
Go to Oloibiri and other villages in Ijaw land and see
the level of environmental degradation yet their son
was president of Nigeria for six years.

People are living a stone-age life over there, no land
to build a house, no pipe borne water, no hospital, no
school and no road yet some people will seat in Abuja
and Portharcourt collecting billions of Naira as
Champions of the Niger Delta struggle.

I read some few days ago that the President has
directed the release of the funds meant for the clean
up of Ogoni Land. What their own son was reluctant
to implement after spending a whole six years in
office, but here is a man in less than 1 year set up a
committee to look into the delay and now they are
ripe to implement.

Who is fooling who? Are they fighting for the cause of
Niger Delta or their pockets?

When you bomb an oil installation, you put your own
people at risk health wise.

Your waters in the village is contaminated

You reduce the federal allocation to the state

You reduce power supply capacity.

Buhari does not stay in your village, he does not need
water to drink from your village, the power supply

who benefited from the loots have squandered the
loots on women, drinks and landed property if not
why has Tompolo even after his bank account was
frozen and some of his property sealed by the federal

In a fresh suit filed before an Ekiti State High Court, a pupil of Divine Academy in Ekiti State, Amidat Akingbolu, is seeking a determination of the Court on whether the Ekiti State government is under legal obligation to provide free, compulsory and universal basic education for every child of primary and junior secondary age under the unambiguous provisions of the Free Universal Basic Education and Child Rights Law of Ekiti State. The case has yet to be assigned by the Chief Judge.

The Ekiti State government had provided free primary school education since 1955 when the policy was introduced by the Obafemi Awolowo-led administration. But Governor Ayo Fayose has abolished free education in the State by imposing a fee of N1,000 and N500 for pupils of private schools and public schools, respectively. Ms. Akingbolu is challenging that decision of the government. According to the pupil and her counsel, Kabir Akingbolu, this policy contravenes section 2(1) of the Free Universal Basic Education Act of 2004, and Section 15 of the Child Rights Law of Ekiti State. The Catholic diocese of Ekiti State has also approached the court to cancel the policy.

Mr. Fayose is being accused of enforcing policies that run contrary to the provision of the law. The governor is accused of failing to pay counterpart funding, under the Compulsory Universal Basic Education Act of 2004, to access federal government support to free primary and junior secondary education in the State. He has also been accused of wasting hundreds of millions of naira in State funds on sponsoring political newspaper adverts, radio and television jingles, and renting private jets for political rallies.

The plaintiff, in her affidavit of support, further claims the inability of herself and her siblings, like any other indigent students of the State, to attend schools since the introduction of the obnoxious fee due to the financial burden it imposed on their parents.

Considering the ongoing sealing of private schools not in compliance with the policy, the plaintiff is demanding a perpetual injunction restraining the governor from locking or sealing off any private school for the purpose of collecting fees from students and from further collecting money under any guise from any child of primary and junior secondary school age in any of the schools in the State.

An acclaimed lawsuit filed by 10 constitutional lawyers about 10 days ago at the Federal High Court in Abuja to prosecute Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor Godwin Emefiele has been sold and bought, according to sources involved in the case.

Ezenwa Ibegbunam, a lawyer who was initially hired by the group, confirmed to SaharaReporters today that he withdrew from the case after the media reported it.

One barrister Achilike Anderson and 9 others had filed the aggressive lawsuit to prosecute Mr. Emefiele for money laundering and other offenses.

The other defendants in the suit are President Muhammadu Buhari, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, and the Nigeria Senate.

As was widely reported, the suit sought, among others, an order to compel the President to initiate the constitutional process of the removal of the Governor of the CBN for Abuse of Office, Money Laundering and Gross misconduct.

The group said it wanted to be nullified the sham CBN Employment exercise which was blown open by SaharaReporters, arguing that it was in violation of all recruitment laws and due process.

The hearing of the case was then scheduled for tomorrow, May 3.

SaharaReporters has however learnt that the case was originally filed with the sole intent of extorting money from the CBN governor, whose job remains shaky.

Our sources affirm that those involved have reportedly received an N350million settlement from Mr. Emefiele to withdraw the case.

Asked if he was threatened on bribed by anyone for that action, Mr. Ibegbunam replied that his withdrawal was necessitated by personal reasons as he had issues with his clients as well as his family members. He did not disclose what those issues are.

if you remember that not more than a month before this attack more than 73 youths were arrested because they where discussing how to secure and tame the excess of those herdsmen. I am from that local government and the conflict did not start today but they had never attacked us with this magnitude.
