By SaharaReporters, New York A new SaharaReporters investigation reveals that the National Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), another agency under the Ministry of Aviation, also purchased four Toyota Tundra vehicles for the Minister, Mrs. Stella Oduah. Nigerians are currently up in arms about two armored cars purchased for her by another agency, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, at the scandalous rate of N225million, and many are calling for her to be fired. The Tundras are in addition to four stretch limousine cars that were allegedly purchased for the movement of VIPs. Saharareporters obtained the photos of the Limousines, which were parked at the headquarters of the Total Radar Coverage of Nigeria (TRACON) grounds in Abuja today. Efforts to get the NAMA spokesperson, Supo Atobatele, to comment on the fresh allegations proved abortive as he claimed he was driving and could not speak on the wheel. When later confronted with the facts, Mr. Atobatele denied the existence of the stretch limos claiming that NAMA is a “professional agency” that provides navigational aid to aircrafts flying within Nigeria’s airspace. He hung up and switched off his phone when further told that Saharareporters had the photos. NAMA’s CEO, Nnamdi Udo, reportedly made the purchase and ‘donation’ of the Tundras to the Minister in June 2013. The four Limousines were received in the third week of June but have never been put to use. Last week after SaharaReporters revealed the purchase of two BMW armored cars for the Minister, her aides and later the Managing Director of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Fola Akinkuotu, claimed the vehicles were meant for VIP movement, but a former lawmaker and leader of Anti-Corruption Network, Dino Melaye, told SaharaReporters today that it is the duty of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to transport international VIPs in Nigeria. He also revealed that the most important Aviation inspectors are teams from the ICAO who already have a Nigerian office which handles all their transactions. SaharaReporters could not confirm if the NAMA limos are armored. It is also unclear why NAMA, an agency believed to be cash-strapped, would need stretch limos that are normally used by celebrities, to ferry international VIPS. Meanwhile, a high-level source has confirmed to SaharaReporters that the Total Radar Coverage of Nigeria, which Mrs. Oduah brags about as one of her achievements in office, provides epileptic service. Because it often breaks down, the objective of establishing a safer national airspace is said to have been compromised. Natural1986: still doesn't change d fact that Abuja was stolen from d natives (Gwari) and till date remain uncompensated and still live in abject poverty!The Land Use Act of 1977 vests ownership of all Nigerian land in the hands of the federal government. Many people have lost their land and resources to this law, not only the Gwari- who were equally, though inadequately, compensated. The various hydroelectric projects, oil exploration, the national electric grid and oil pipelines etc have all taken land from people. The Certificates Of Occupancy- C of O- given by government to land owners equally has a life span. We are all tenants at the will of government. There is nothing anybody about this unless and until the land use act is abrogated or reviewed. The government can collect your house today for "over riding public interest". 1 Like |

BBC cannot change history. We are fully aware how American Indians were exterminated, their land murderously confiscated by Europeans and on that land USA was built. The story is the same in Australia where the Pygmies' land was confiscated for building modern day Australia. We also never forget how Britons killed and took Zimbabwean land( thanks to Robert Mugabe- the only surviving pan African president- for reversing this occupation). It announces that all its members as well as those displayed on the website were 18 years or older at the time the images were submitted. It further states that “100 percent free basic membership allows you to browse the site, view profiles, send flirts and modify your profile.” The site, however, is not only restricted to men and their wives. It also gives opportunity to homosexual couples who are legally married or wedded in the church. “Your personal life is something shared between you and your partner; other couples willing to join you are probably having the same problems. Visiting this site might change your life for the better,” it adds. |

@Sienna. Thanks oga. My diesel engine Toyota Condor uses manual injector- which uses throttle cable to accelerate. The engine is shortening oil and I have changed the rings before. So my mechanic advised that I either overhaul the engine by resleeving the engine block and changing the pistons thereby returning it to standard, or I buy another tokunbo engine of the same make and replace the old one. I chose to replace the 5L diesel engine with another 5L diesel engine. There is this other mechanic that has a 5L tokunbo diesel engine for sale- same as the one on my car. But the injector on this engine is automatic/electric which uses sensor instead of throttle cable as on my old engine. He said he will have to use my manual injector on the new engine and it will be ok. My question is is it necessary to replace the electric injector that comes with the new engine with the manual injector from my old engine? Can't the new engine, along with its electric injector, be fixed on my car that works with manual injector? Thanks. |

I decide to change my Toyota Condor's 5L diesel engine with a tokunbo one. I have located a very clean one but with automatic injector- mine is manual injector. Can it be fixed on my car together with the automatic injector or must It be replaced with my old manual injector? Which option is better. Please I need advise. |
