For those who uploaded schedule A and Travel History Form along with application (not as ADR), pls where did you attach it Under what place holder

I don't think there is placeholder for spouse's educational qualification if ECA for spouse is not done. So, placeholder for spouse's ielts becomes Gulder Ultimate Search in that instance, thus the suggestion to add spouse's ielts to LOE. Issue has been resolved though.

I stated no ECA for my spouse but still got a place holder to upload educational degrees.

Pls asking for a friend:

1. He's the principal applicant, wife didn't do ECA or IELTS. While filing EE profile he put wife's employment history, now post ITA wife is unable to get Ref letter from the 4 previous employers (Banks). There is a placeholder to upload employment records for spouse...

What should he do?

In my own case, I submitted my spouse's employment letter and wrote LOE on why Ref letters couldn't be obtained.

My advice to him based on previous posts have read, "he should delete wife's details from work history and just move it to personal history", that way there won't be any placeholders...

2. He has more than 3 Work experiences, placeholder doesn't specify in what order to upload. Told him I did from "present to past" but when I submitted ADR I noticed all my experiences were uploaded the other way round (from past to present) and ofcos it was not corresponding at all, so I attached LOE to my ADR. My question now is? Should he upload from past to present or what is the accepted format

Its straight forward since you have all these documents. The only other thing you would need would be 3 reference letters from 3 clients. That's about it.

Pls why 3 Is that like a specific requirement cos I added only 1 oh. Now afraid is catching me

Yes. The form wasn't enough for my Travel history so I attached an extra sheet and also I attached again my passport pages and an LOE. I had given all these before, just attached again for clarity.

Hello Ewa agoyin you too worry o.. Calm down and take a deep breath. You need to fill your own form and your spouse needs to fill his. You don't need to scan old passports. Just scan the present one you have into one file and send to them. The way you are going, don't complicate your application. Give onl requirements. Don't over load your app with info they don't need. By the time your application goes for fraud screening, you will have a lot of documents for them to work on. So give them only what is required. Pm me if you need anything. I remember you from giving birth column. You sef epp me there o

The form is for more clarification that's why It's an ADR. It's only the principal applicant that fills it and there's a space for spouse and dependent children over 18. (FILL for your spouse as well on the same document) If the space isn't enough use an extra sheet ( I used word). Proceed to scan your passports as you've said. Attach all documents and upload in the new place holder provided.

Thanks so much it's the Supplementary Information Your Travels Form (basically for all Travel history in the last 10years).

I am only a citizen of Nigeria so I'm thinking to attach Bio Data page of passport and all visas and stamps of both old and new passport...

I received the same form and filled for both myself and spouse.

It states to be completed by Primary applicant but you need to also complete spouse travel details and dependents if you have any.

I got a Mail/update to fill Form IMM5562E for spouse and I (I have two slots for Document upload... does this mean I fill 2 separate forms for myself and my spouse even if it states clearly that it must be filled by principal applicant and there's a Column for spouse in the form??)


Also do I need to attach old passport data pages and all stamped pages to support the entries because the mail ask for details of any citizenship and residency but there's no such column in the form.

But this is not entirely correct.

People have been rejected for not including documents not specifically asked for .e.g ECA. CIC did not ask of scanned proof of ECA yet people have lost money/time by not including it. Also people have shortened their process times by including documents before they are requested for. E.g. the Form/Schedule A.

In other words, let everybody read and then upload what they think they understand. Arrange it properly, use an LOE if necessary and pray because asides from a few standard practices, this process isn't a one size fits all.

People have done the same thing and ended up with different results. Just saying.

You need 2 proof of current address where you presently live, passport pic, passport data page, 10 years address history
I opted for it to be delivered to an address in the UK and the person scanned it to me to save time

I am worried.. submitted e-aPR already but the following be giving me concerns:

1. The address used for Reference Letters from Employers and Banks is IRCC Calgary address which I got on Google... going through this thread I realize it's the wrong address. Does this affect my application in any way

2. The Bulk of our POF was mainly my accompanying spouse's Treasury Bills and SOA.... I also added mine but Spouse was way more than mine. We added a Notarized Declaration where it was stated that all the funds were for the purpose of immigrating to Canada and available and assessable by Principal Applicant... Is this acceptable

3. Also, pls how do I know which office is processing my application

Pls visit any High Court around you... with an official fee of just about 500naira they will prepare it for you. They have templates too

I thought we only need to upload our most recent passport as well as the stamp pages on that one... That's supposed to be your travel document now... do they have any business with my old passports

Wether old or new passport you need to include all stamped pages. Don't know about children (I doubt it) better to be safe than sorry

1. I did not upload ECA as there was no specific slot for that (someone stated it should be uploaded with credentials and it makes sense o, just wish I saw this earlier)

What should I do now? Should I send the ECA as additional document Help!!!

You could fill the proxy form and send to someone in Abuja, the person can collect on your behalf and send it there and then via DHL.. a friend did that recently... Hers was in Lagos and she lives in Abuja.

She did cab on her first apointment at cost her $150 that was not funny , so next appointment we agreed on she using bus, no be too easy ride but she spent about just less that $20 (hope am correct) yes but way lower that that big money , just that its a longer hour.
