Heyllo Sir/ma, uhmmmm, no form of fermentation needed for that purpose with the salt.

As a matter of fact, the salt is optional. It plays a very minor role which can be totally ignored.

More also, your powder detergent is always pure white by default. If you have the right formula though.

Thanks.

Thank you for this information. I am a male.

All thanks to God Sir/ma.

Well, it depends on what you want to do with the salt. We use industrial salt in fermenting a lot of things but not the salt its self being fermented.

Don't know if my explanation is clear enough though.

Thanks.

i wanted to use it in making powder soap that look like omo. Though the soap will be white in colour.

Bro, I feel your pain but honestly, you need to man up and quit the pity party!
It does no good. Determine strongly to make it by the Grace of God.
Break the barriers and by faith, possess the gates of your future.

The best thing you can do is to be successful without the help of those people.
Let the death of your mum be a tonic that can also drive you to your full potential.

Above all, pursue God and work hard. I'm sure you will make it.

What did you study in the university and what are you doing at the moment?
Would like to know if I can help.

thanks for ur reply....i would like to start with the e banking platform as i believe it is a service that will attract more customers...do u have any idea how i can offer it

most times the guarantor also fails to repay the loan...is it legal to use the entire stock and equipment in the persons shop as colateral....so that if there is a default...the stock can be seized by the bank and be sold to recoup the loan

using stock and equipment of client is not advisable because the client will want to play smart attimes. The equipment will also depreciate and you may not find a ready buyer for it. Client may change the issue to court case that you took their equipment together with some huge amount of money in their shop. This is current happenings about microfinance bank and bad client. So a good gaurantor is the best. Once you get a reliable guarantor to sign the contract form, you ate sure of hundred parcent repayment in the event of default.

Go with thundcord sugestion. Use two gaurantor for each client. At least one of the guarantors must be a salary earnal (civil servant) it should be well spet out in your agreement form that they are guaranteeing the loan in the event of default and not the client. So whether the client is available or not, so long as he is unable to repay the loan the gaurantor will have to pay the loan.

goodday nairalanders, i am about to open a microfinance bank, i have gotten a list of requirements from cbn and i need advice frm people who know about setting up one

CBN says i need a board of directors apart frm the bank management, how do i assemble a board of directors

how do i key into e-banking, mobile banking and use of ATM cards

one of the main interest of the bank is giving out of loans to both individuals and SMEs....how do u suggest i handle those that fail to pay back their loans

i await ur comments

you do not need a board of director yet cos i believe you are starting as a unit. You will need a microfinance fanancial software to operate. As time goes on you can then bring in your e-banking plattform. On your contract and agreement foam, the client guarantors will be made to sign and gauranted the repayment of loan in the invent of default.

Please I have a similar situation, I made a deposit at First Bank but I missed one number from the recipients account number, what do I do and how do I get a refund and how long does it take, please I'm worried

Go to the bank and ask to see the head of operation (H.O.P) and explain to him/her. They will rectify it for you. Note: the money was not posted because the account name and the account number do not match. So the teller will keep it in their suspence account pending when you come to complain.

Career / Re: Should My Employer Be Allowed To Keep Tax Money Illegally Collected From Us? by ewen: 4:25pm On Dec 22, 2015
Your company have been hint that FIRS is visiting them very soon and when they come, they will caculate in arrears for the staff to begin payment installmentally. This will be deducted from your salary in a large sum every month until u finish paying the arrears. And some of you will want to challenge the staff of FIRS because the same tax has been deducted from your salary in the past thereby exposing the company. This will make the company to be sanction for deducting your salary without remitting it to FIRS. Now they are trying to aviod that santion so they want to refund the amount deducted from may till date so as to make it look like they have never deducted tax from your salary. Mind u whether u accept or not, FIRS will come and they will calculate in arrears for or staff. For your own good, you have to let them be so as not to loose your job. If u blow the whistle, the FIRS staff that is suppose to sanction them will be bribe and your company will sack you.
