Op, another question is dat, if it is a must to coat in a very dark place or just in absence of sunlight in a room dat is luminous? secondly, if i use tiny black character to write something, will it be visible enough when i print it?

1.A luminous room is ok... It musnt be dark. But there must not be any sun rays gettin in. UV rays from sunligth would ruin the emulsion. Make it a luminous room with no ligths on.

2.Whatever thin line you use... Make sure the Print is sharp. I mean it must be very black. Dont print faded artworks. Print with those printer with powder kind of ink.

To add to my previous comment. Yesterday, due to the scarcity of fuel/public transportation, a female friend of mine got her bag snatched because she had to trek from her shop to her house. IMO, I disagree with you guys saying "for just N14,000?". Remember if any of his victim had N1billion at the moment, he'll rob it. He is an ARMED ROBBER and the fact that he was only able to get N14k+ hasnt excluded the ARMED from the qualification. And any armed robber could take the life of its victim which makes him a killer.
