A Highbridge inverter won't need a charge controller. Use the budget for charge controller to add up for a Highbridge inverter.
My 1cent advice.

With proper initial balance one is still safe.
What lithium hates is overcharging and depth of discharge. After all no lithium batteries can have exact voltages among themselves. No matter how small there is always a safe difference.

Can an mppt charge controller output more amps than the connected solar panels can provide?. Like a charge contoller outputing 60amps from a 40amps or 30amps solar panel setup??

Your installation is fine.
Assuming it was lithium u wont v issues with it as much as lead acid. 12v is not bad as most ppu rumoured. My full appliances run on a single 12v. Though I won't try such on 12v lead acid na untimely death b dat.
