you can't just send names from Abuja or you battle with the court.

there are also some people who are automatic delegates by virtue of their political position....either elected or appointed.


all it takes to be accredited is to come with your APC membership card if it direct primary and your delegate card if it is indirect primary

Accredited delegates list comes from Abuja, take that or leave it, even the primary committee is constitiuted from Abuja, same as candidate verification team

Most people sign deals without reading or out of desperation then claim victims when things go bad.
