What's wrong with this so called minister? He's just jumping up and down as if he's the one playing the game. He better learn from his colleagues in other countries. He should know that if the team ever wins a medal that its not by his efforts, nonsense.

Dongreat:
It's a disgrace and shame when I see youths not doing the proper things for their future. A man just said something interesting, of national importance and all we can hear from the lips of youths who see emselves as leaders of tomorrow is 'wailing or zombies' statements. In a sane country, those leaders would have been booted off or forced to resign due to intense protest from the educated youths, but in Nigeria, madness, thieves, corruption, cowardice is all legal so why not just sit comfortable in our sufferings and depressing sofas and keep shouting 'APC Zombies, PDP Wailers' while these old men regardless of parties keep rap*ing us daily, walking free and also being worshiped by the so called educated leaders of tomorrow.

Nigeria Youths are the most miserable of all youths in the world, talking big big grammar but so afraid to fight for their due rights. Oh I remember God will come down and help us right? Miserable creatures
Ps: quote to insult I don't care as I am expecting backlash for not following the Zombies or Wailing thread.
Its not by coming on Nairaland to form superman or voltron my brother are you ready lead them? I need your response please.

One of the reasons for marriage is wealth nau. Moreso, she already has wealth n fame so it can't be separated when a man approaches her. I just pray she doesn't wear that around cos it will simply drive away even men that are more successful than her! The more successful a single lady is, the more likely she won't find a suitor!
We do we always conclude easily on issues we dnt know about, has she ever said she's in need of an husband? My friend shut ur gutter and appreciate her expression on love rather than this ur idle talk.

Sports › Re: Nigeria Not Worth Dying For- Etim Esin by excel101(m): 8:18pm On Aug 12, 2016
newsrepublique:
Former Nigeria international, Etim Esin, has blasted that, following the way the late Sam Okwaraji’s family was abandoned since his death, it is not worth dying for Nigeria.

Okwaraji slumped and died on August 12, 1989, during the 1990 FIFA World Cup qualifier between Nigeria and Angola at the National Stadium in Lagos.

Commenting on Okwaraji death, Esin, who also featured against Angola alongside Okwaraji, lamented the way the deceased’s family was abandoned since his death.

“I don’t think Nigeria is worth dying for judging by Sam Okwaraji’s death. At the end of the day there is nothing to gain. We all saw how they abandoned Keshi’s burial,” Esin told Completesportsnigeria.com.

“Even most of my team-mates have forgotten that today is Okwaraji’s remembrance. I would have expected that we come together to organise a tournament for him because most of the kids today might not even know who he is.

“So, it’s sad and pathetic.”

The former Flying Eagles and Super Eagles star called for a stronger players’ union to help in the growth of football in the country.

“With things like this, you begin to imagine what is there for the new generation. Because if we don’t put our house in order, it will affect a lot of generations,” Esin added.

“We just have to step up. Our players union must be taken serious just like it is done in other parts of the world.

“As an ex-footballer, you have a role to play. And you see the ex-footballers working with the media in order to develop the game. But in our own case here, it’s different. ”

He added: “Look at the NPFL All-Stars trip to Spain, does it mean we don’t have legends who should have accompanied the team? Instead you have people who are just there for selfish interests.

“So things like this will not move our football forward. There are people who made our league what it is today. But when we see things like this, it’s discouraging....."Read more on:http://www.newsrepublique.com/okwarajis-27th-anniversary-nigeria-not-worth-dying-for-etim-esin/
This is a perfect truth. We've all known this fact long ago that the football house doesn't care about both serving and ex players. Just imagine what the dream team VI is going thru in Brazil. However since Etim knew about Okwaraji's remembrance, what effort did he made to gather the ex internationals together b4 yesterday being 12th August(Okwaraji's remembrance). The NFF and likewise the ex internationals are guilty of this. Cos i believe if they start up somethin along this direction people will support them.

Like my Yoruba brothers will always say, ibinu ko mon pe olowo oun ko lese Nile. The man allowed his anger to lead him to jail, such handsome young man should be enjoying life instead of eating watering beans in jail. If you can't cope with your wife anymore simply divorce her, marriage is not by force. Anyway RIP to the deceased who is my fellow afonja man. I really hope you're a Muslim so that you can go and finish what you started here on earth that led to your death with the 7 virgins.
Thank you for identifying yourself. You were totally tribalistic in putting blame on Mr Igbokwe, while leaving the deceased out of it. I pray that you come home oneday and see a calabar man with 9inches penis, wit a very big shaft( compared to ur 3inches ) on ur matrimonial bed with ur wife... Amen.

That's because many people don't really know how the teams stand in the table. We are only waiting for the second position in South Africa Brazil, and the other two countries from their group
Don't mind them, if the starts playing as if they need the match badly and then sustained injuries or unnecessary cautions they be blaming the coach. Our focus should be on our quarter-finals opponents.

Brazil have not been spectacular so far . They even drew with Iraq recently and currently occupying 2nd position in their group behind Denmark.

And reports shows that they have never won the Olympic male football gold medal. So I believe with God's support, they should be praying they don't meet us now.
That's not the issue now, and what makes you feel that they can't get better it they eventually gets to the knockout stage?
