i was part of the batch B that passed out this year. my experience there was that of a mixed feeling but after said and done it was worthwhile.

life in ebonyi camp is highly regimented as compared to other camps it is quiet strict.

u will have to adjust ur *circadaic rhythm* to wake up 4am every morning cos that is the daily regime in camp. for me that was my rudest awakening to the reality in camp.

military personel and paramilitary are in charge, strict adherance to camp rules and u will not cross their line.

The problem is that when an Igbo person gets to a place buys a land, he/she considers it as her own land but in reality it is a lease land. This is what makes people angry at Igbos. When you live in a place for 20 years and don't think it is necessary to become a full indigene without bring the Igbo culture to the new land, then you are seen as an invading alien rather than a settler in Nigeria context.

ghettodreamz: I think you are so on point with the cost of living you painted here, and $3900 per a year is still fair to an extent, because I knew East London Uni tuition is from 9k pounds & above being a Brit school. But that SEGI rang a bell, are you sure that school is recognized by the Ministry of Edu in Nigeria? Of course, I was there months back and I saw that SEGI wasn't recognized, but not sure when you left home and if the school is now recognized or something but try and find out about it, just my 2 cents.

By the way, are you in Kuala Lumpur or where? Did you got your accommodation upon arrival to Malaysia or before leaving home?
